				<description>&#060;p&#062;I've been missing from this thread for a while I think.&#060;br /&#062;
My knee has been bothering me a little and I have stopped after only 10 minutes on the treadmill a couple of times this week.&#060;br /&#062;
Today I rode in to work for the first time since I moved house (11km trip) and hope to do that a few times a week.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My eating has been in adjustment to my celiac diagnosis (mentioned in another thread) and working out how to stay full enough etc.There is certainly room for improvement in this area!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;very inspiring to read all your posts! &#038;nbsp;I received a Vitamix for christmas and have been having green smoothies nearly every day... Its been so good. Smoothies for breakfast, &#038;amp; one with a very small dinner, &#038;amp; somedays replace 2 meals with green smoothies---about 50/50 veg fruit, with a few add ins. Great use of our garden goodies&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Both the Mr and I are feeling great, and even missed them this weekend while we were down visiting the in-laws!&#038;nbsp; They eat much more processed food than we are used to, but this visit we even ate well there--I cooked for everyone &#038;amp; we went out to eat to have a little more control over the menu. worked very wel!

&#060;p&#062;I am experiencing intense wrist and elbow pain--completely new to me. &#038;nbsp;Most likely a combo of&#038;nbsp;too many/too heavy&#038;nbsp;kettle bell tri dips and maybe expected rain? &#038;nbsp;It hurts to open a bottle of water and hooking my bra is damn near impossible. &#038;nbsp;wahhhhhhh.&#060;br /&#062;Thank you for letting me vent! &#038;nbsp;Funny how you don't even think about eating chocolate when you can't do the basic things you need to do.  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-wink icon-emoticon-wink "></span>  &#038;nbsp;This too will pass. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had my annual weigh in and I weigh 10 lbs more than I did last year.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Given that; I used to be able to only do the same exercises at the gym that I do now with 3 lb free weights, but I have just progressed to 20 lbs.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I know that my arms are bigger - my ill-fitting blazers are evidence enough of that :)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I don't feel really big. Bugs me a bit that I still weigh more : (

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Arms! &#038;nbsp;I wear long-sleeves all the time in the colder months and I hadn't noticed my arms. &#038;nbsp;When I was doing P/T they had me work arms and shoulders as well on the pulley machines. &#038;nbsp;When I finished with that I got an exercise band so I can continue to do the arm exercises at home. &#038;nbsp;Well, last week I noticed that I am a lot stronger and firmer. &#038;nbsp;I took a look at my bare upper arms this morning and behold: &#038;nbsp;I am going to wear sleeveless this summer. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Last week I was perfect: &#038;nbsp;food diary, no wine, even got 11,500 steps one day--shopping. &#038;nbsp;We did have a long Valentine's lunch (we're done with going out in the evening--nothing romantic there) with fried stuff and wine. &#038;nbsp;Only exception,&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;And I went up a bit in weight. &#038;nbsp;I do know, however, that eventually that will change. &#038;nbsp;Next week, food diary, exercise, and a good report. &#038;nbsp;(No long lunches scheduled.) &#038;nbsp;And I'm going to add another biceps exercise.

&#060;p&#062;The throaty virus I mentioned last Sunday developed into a full-blown cold I'm afraid and I did nothing but feel sorry for myself till Friday when I felt tons better only to go out for a Valentines meal and eat and drink, yummy food and wine... So, I guess I'm back to square one this week&#038;nbsp;and a fresh start. I want to move a bit more and eat well next week. Wish me luck.&#060;/p&#062;

&#060;p&#062;I had a great exercise week last week -- did six out of seven days including a 2.5-miles-each-way hike up a local mountain!&#038;nbsp; &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;&#060;a href=&#034;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m57gzA2JCcM&#034; rel=&#034;nofollow&#034;&#062;But that's not what I came here to talk to you about&#060;/a&#062;.&#038;nbsp; I was sitting in the chair at the hair salon yesterday and one of the stylists came up and gave me a menu from a new juicing place that had just opened.&#038;nbsp; And all of a sudden it hit me!&#038;nbsp; That's how I can use up the fruits and veggies in the veggie box!&#038;nbsp; Juicing!!&#038;nbsp; And lo and behold they are having a small appliances sale at Target today, so as soon as I get myself up and out of bed I am going to head right over to Target and get myself a juicer and start juicing all that lettuce, and those lemons and apples and oranges that I can't seem to find time to eat.&#038;nbsp; Big fun!!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am having a small medical procedure on Tuesday that will keep me out of the gym for a week or so but I do have a trainer session on Monday and I'll be watching what I eat and cheering the rest of you on from the sidelines!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I am following a training plan for a 10K and that went well. 3 runs, one my first speedwork training.&#038;nbsp;The week started with a wine tasting, so it could only go up from there! &#038;nbsp;Actually, I had 3 days of no wine afterwards. &#038;nbsp;I did have some Valentine's chocolate but a manageable amount. &#038;nbsp;I did my body weight exercises 75% of the time. &#038;nbsp;Good enough!&#060;br /&#062;This week I&#038;nbsp;have 3 runs scheduled, one is a fun run 5K at a pub. &#038;nbsp;I aim to keep portions under control and wine moderate. Push ups, sit ups and squats to round things out.&#038;nbsp;:) &#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hi everyone. How was your week?&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm pretty proud of myself this week. Even though we were stuck at home for a pretty good chunk of the week, DF and didn't resort to eating junk food and watching TV all day. We got out and walked a but in the snow/ice (yay!) and didn't let the snow days keep us from eating healthy.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My goal for this week it to continue adding more raw veggies to my diet. I took everyone's advice (thanks again!) and I haven't been bloating. I consider that a win.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
