				<description>&#060;p&#062;My goal is to navigate a week of eating (and I see I am not alone here)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I had my work Christmas party on Fri, which I had planned to deviate from my eating resolutions for, and loosened up a little over the weekend in other ways, and then more last night when we had guests and &#038;nbsp;DH served pavlova&#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp;which is one of my favourite desserts ever!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Then Wed is my bible study group end of year dinner, Thurs my workgroup dinner out and Friday we are having guests again.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;So I am trying to be disciplined the rest of the time and not regain the weight I had lost the previous few weeks&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I haven't really noticed any difference from the iron infusion yet, but it can take up to 3 weeks.(been one, so far)&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Work was super stressful, but I got to all my workouts and it was a great week for swimming, running, and cycling (spin).  Survived my time with the personal trainer after a 2 month break.  I thought he would review the weight routine (which I was doing fairly regularly!) but no...all new stuff!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Tried something I saw Jamie Oliver do on TV.  Half a head of cauliflower broken onto florets.  Rinse, then whazz up in the food processor till it looks like rice.  Microwave in a glass pie plate for 7 minutes.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;JO served it under a curry.  I served mine with lamb shanks simmered 3 hrs in raisins, marmalade and Guiness!, and broccoli on the side. DH thought it was cous cous!  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Since we all did hard workouts today,  and there were no carbs in dinner, I put out a desert plate.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Do PB balls count as protein?

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Didn't do so well. &#038;nbsp;My cold won't completely go away and the energy level is low. &#038;nbsp;I did get a good 10,000 steps in on Saturday, but beers cancelled them out, I'm sure. &#038;nbsp;I got back on push ups program but could only do 60 of the 63. &#038;nbsp;Today has been nachos and pizza with football . . . I have some work ahead of me next week!&#060;br /&#062;Hope to run 2 or 3 times and continue with push ups. &#038;nbsp;Still sticking with the 14 hr overnight fast window through it all.&#038;nbsp;

&#060;p&#062;My goals for this week are to get some really good stretching in every day, to keep up with all of the flamenco choreography I've been given, prior to our next scheduled rehearsal (January),&#038;nbsp;and to get in at least two sessions of&#038;nbsp;Tracy Anderson workout. &#038;nbsp; I've been off that wagon for too long.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My eating goal for this week is to&#038;nbsp;be more mindful of flour in foods. &#038;nbsp; I've eaten a lot of it lately (bread, cookies, crackers)&#038;nbsp;with all the holiday festivities. &#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp;It isn't filling or long-lasting at all for me, and it makes me more inclined to snack on sugary stuff. &#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Well, now that I'm back home, my eating *should* be improving, but yesterday I had little bite-sized cakes at my open studio, and not as many visitors as I was hoping. I took along a yogurt to snack on, to keep me from eating the cakes, but that, um, didn't work. Tried to make up for it by walking 1.5 miles each way to dinner.  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-wink icon-emoticon-wink "></span>  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I need to get back into my running/cycling routine now that I'm back home. But it's snowing today and I'm really craving a day of rest. For now, I'm lounging in front of the fire in my PJs, but I'll take the dogs out for a snowy walk later. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;That doesn't sound very much like healthy habits, does it?  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-wink icon-emoticon-wink "></span>  I guess we all need a day off once in a while. I just need to make sure I'm back on track tomorrow!

&#060;p&#062;This week didn't go so great. I didn't exercise like I planned because of work stress. Which I realize now is silly because exercise can help reduce stress. But, live and learn I guess. :)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My goal is to follow the back on pointe workout and to walk at least 30 min every day. The good news is that I think my eating habits are improving.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
