I drank more than I'm used to over December we had a wedding, all the Christmas dos &#038;amp; new year &#038;amp; I can feel the difference - not so good. So I'm having a break from all alcohol for a few weeks:) We have another wedding on 19 Jan.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I'm training for the Rock and Roll Half Marathon here in DC (I think Janet is running this race too). I managed to do an 8 mile run yesterday but have slacked before than. Need to catch up. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;With my new job, looks like lunch workouts may be put on hold for a while. This might mean getting up earlier and going to class before work.
