				<description>&#060;p&#062;Good week in that I avoided sugar (thus far) and am almost back to what I weighed before Thanksgiving. &#038;nbsp;5 days to gain, 21 days to lose. &#038;nbsp;Life isn't fair.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Did all exercises from P/T and see progress. &#038;nbsp;This next week will be a challenge. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I also gave in and bought a pair of stretchy Kut from the Kloth skinnies&#038;nbsp;and two pair of stretchy black ponte pants. &#038;nbsp;If I'm going to be crawling around on the floor with the nephews, (which I plan on doing) I need to be comfortable. &#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Good job, K and Mo!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am super excited because I picked up my first organic veggie CSA box yesterday and I think it's going to be exactly what the doctor ordered to get my eating habits whipped into shape!&#038;nbsp; If I eat the contents of the box every week, there will be precious little room left for me to eat junk!&#038;nbsp; ;)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I had a lot of parties this week so only made it to the gym three times this week and will probably only manage three times in the coming week, but it's the holidays so I'm not going to stress out about it.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Oh, and I don't know if I posted about it, but I had my annual physical this week and my weight was the same as last year, all my blood work and blood pressure and everything were perfect, and the doc says my &#034;metabolic age&#034; (whatever that is) is 28!&#038;nbsp; So that was definitely a big win!!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I was proud of finally running a pub fun run that happens every month. &#038;nbsp;Not so proud of having too many adult beverages this week. &#038;nbsp;I was in the under 120 club for a few days, but pizza last night took care of that. &#038;nbsp;lol&#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;My goal is to be back down by Christmas morning. &#038;nbsp;I will continue running and trying to conquer those darn push ups. &#038;nbsp;I'm stuck at week 4 and can't seem to get my strength back since my cold sidelined me a few weeks ago. &#038;nbsp;

&#060;p&#062;How was last week for you?&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;i'm actually pretty proud of myself. DF and I went to a couple of holiday parties at the end of the week and we both watched what we ate. I may have missed a few awesome treats, but it was worth it not to feel overly full and wondering how many calories I ate.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This week my goal is to try to dedicate time everyday to working out. This week was &#038;nbsp;a little weird because it's the holidays, but hopefully it will wind down after Wednesday.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;What are your goals for the week? And what are you proud of accomplishing?
