				<description>&#060;p&#062;I've been exercising for about 6-7 weeks now, I think, and am pretty in the swing of it. &#038;nbsp;But I've also increased my eating. &#038;nbsp;So my goal this week is to start tracking calories again. &#038;nbsp;I'd hoped to lose 10 lbs. this summer, and instead I've gained a few.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;So back to myfitnesspal to track calories (or does anyone have a different one they recommend)? &#038;nbsp;I'm really loving JessicaSmithTV for exercise - which alicat recommended back in May.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Good for you for sticking to the mindfulness - I've seen it work for a lot of people (and by extension, DBT), but I don't really have the patience for it! Ha!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This week I'm hoping to hit up the gym 3x, but it may be a titch difficult because of my call schedule, but we'll see. 3x would mean I have to gym at least once post-call, and we'll see how that works. :p

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hi everyone! How was your week?&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm very proud of myself this week. I've been practicing meditation (both mindfulness and breathing techniques)&#038;nbsp;and I feel like it's starting to really work. When I started, it felt like I'd have to do it at least 20-25 times to start feeling it and now I only need to do it a few times before I start feeling relief. I feel like I've been much calmer and I'm almost able to not focus on my constant headaches and migraines so much. It's like I acknowledge that it's there and I'm learning how to focus past it. I'm still looking forward to starting my botox (stupid insurance delay is making u reschedule), but I'm staying optimistic.&#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm going to keep focusing on eating healthy. I'm suppose to graduate this semester and I don't want to fall into the trap I did last year during my prelims where I let myself eat whatever I wanted because I was stressed. Ig the weather stays nice, I'm going to start walking everyday.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
