&#060;p&#062;Just the usual planned for the upcoming week:&#038;nbsp; Two trainer sessions, three/four boot camp classes, one tap class.&#038;nbsp; And get a grip on the food!!&#038;nbsp; (Note to self: Don't buy more ramen noodles when you run out!)

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Happy to report I've lost 4 1/2 pounds--about half of the 8+ I've gained since June 1. &#038;nbsp;I can almost fit in my regular clothes. &#038;nbsp;During the week I lose, but on weekends I seem to gain it all back, but so far, so good.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I had planned to start walking around the park at least once a day. &#038;nbsp;Didn't do it, but will do it this week. &#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Glad you've had a better week. And I really hope you can ease your anxiety symptoms. After upping my dose of anti depressants about 10 days ago I have spent the last two days feeling more normal, yay! I did a short cardio workout yesterday and another today, so I'm feeling more chuffed with myself. I'm going to try some more in the week and next Friday we fly to Greece so swimming will be on the agenda everyday.

&#060;p&#062;Mine was pretty good. I wasn't able to get as much outdoor walking in as I would like, but I'll try to do better this week. I also want to start to mediate for 10 minutes everyday when I get home from work. I think that could help with my anxiety.&#060;/p&#062;
