				<description>Hi all! When I measured my waist last week I swear the tape measure had shrunk!... Any hooo, I decided it's time I got a bit more serious with exercise as I'm&#038;nbsp; hitting the beach in 5 weeks! I started off by doing a whole lot of gardening on Saturday and then on Sunday I did a weights and cardio workout. I'm going on the exercise bike later today too. Combining this with just cutting down on portions and eating very little sugar will hopefully do the trick. I reackon I need to just shift around 3lbs, though I doubt the scale will alter much Iif I gain a bit more muscle. As long as I measure less I'll be happy. Wish me luck.</description>

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had an active week last week. Walked five days and did several hours of yard work. Off to a good start this week - walked yesterday and did a Pilates class this morning. DD is coming home tomorrow for a visit and we are planning on doing a few yoga and body sculpt classes together. Should be fun!

				<description>Hahahaa Sarah A!&#038;nbsp; I just got finished eating a Trader Joe's Joe-Joe - chocolate with vanilla bean creme center.&#038;nbsp; So, I know what you mean.&#038;nbsp; HowEVER, I try to give myself a little bit of a break on weekends and then really stick to healthy food during the week.&#060;br /&#062;Last week I did really well on the eating part - not so good on the exercise part.&#038;nbsp; I have been having to get up super early to take my husband to where he meets his carpool partner - and because I'm not going to bed any earlier, I am just beat all day long and consequently talk myself out of exercising.&#038;nbsp; I, like MaryK need to work on my sleep hygiene - its really unhealthy right now!&#060;br /&#062;What is a fitbit?</description>

				<description>I don't have a fitbit but I know a few people who swear by 'em!&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;I made it to the gym five times last week (three boot camps, two sessions with Trainer Dave), and to tap class.&#038;nbsp; Weight is holding steady despite the fact that my BFF and I had a couple of sleepovers at the Bachelorette Pad featuring junk food and wine!&#038;nbsp; LOL&#038;nbsp; So I count the past week as a win!&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;Plan for this week is more of the same -- plant-based diet, minimum five sessions at the gym, and work on my sleep hygiene as well.&#060;br /&#062;</description>

				<description>I am not sure what a fitbit is! I do have a GPS running watch which I just love!&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;I have been off the wagon food wise for a while!&#038;nbsp; Exercise wise I managed 2 rpm classes and a pump class last week, all at 6am which made me mighty yawny at work on Friday afternoon, and one 5km run plus a couple of 2-3km walks with the kids.&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;This week I am heading to the city and that combined with feeling that I either beginning or fighting off a cold, means I am going to lay off the exercise for a bit for the moment.&#060;br /&#062;</description>
