				<description>Somehow I missed last week's thread, but I did make it to the gym five times plus tap class, so I'm counting it as a success.&#038;nbsp; I ate a lot but I'm giving myself a pass given that I moved last Saturday.&#038;nbsp; My weight is up a pound or so but I hope I can get it back where it was this week.&#038;nbsp; &#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;I watched a great movie today that inspired me to recommit to a plant-based diet:&#038;nbsp; &#034;&#060;a href=&#034;http://www.forksoverknives.com/&#034; rel=&#034;nofollow&#034;&#062;Forks Over Knives&#060;/a&#062;.&#034;&#038;nbsp;  I did my grocery shopping so I am all set for the week.&#038;nbsp; &#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;My exercise plan is three boot camps, two trainer sessions, and a tap class.&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;Good luck, everybody!&#060;br /&#062;</description>

				<description>I went to the gym this morning. I am so deconditioned. I used be able to hold a plank for a full minute no problem. Today I could only do 40 seconds.&#060;br /&#062;Also I got a massage and the masseuse said my neck was incredibly tight and I need to do more stretching.&#060;br /&#062;I did however resist buy a slice of carrot cake today while grocery shopping.</description>

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Looks likea good stretch for the back Kristin!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Running up the miles is making me a carb monster.  I can't stop looking for sugar.  I almost can't wait for the marathon to be over just so I can try to get back to healthy eating.  I'm doing my best.  One more long run this week, and then it's all just maintenance until the race.  We're gone to Croatia for 10 days and the when I get back it's only 11 days away, so can't do much more than 5/6 miles.  Not that I'm complaining  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-wink icon-emoticon-wink "></span>

				<description>Hi everyone. How was last week? It's been beautiful (and warm)&#038;nbsp;down here, so that means lots of outdoor walks! I can't describe how happy that makes me. I found this interesting desk workout the other day.
