				<description>Rae, no wisdom here, but I am keen to hear how you go in the marathon. 1:51 is pretty good for an HM!!&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;Mo, are you finding the arrival of the dress a motivator!!?&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;This week has been a complete wash out for me in terms of food, owing to being my birthday, with most of the treats food related ( I made a list of suggestions, including the clothing related new winter PJs and Ugg boots, but the kids just wanted to give me chocolate and lollies!) I haven't even started eating the birthday treats yet, but indulged in fair bit of baking and predictably, am up in weight.&#038;nbsp; It looks like it is coming down a bit though.&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;I have managed one pump class and that is all on the exercise front. Was going to go again today but at the last minute learnt DD was getting a merit certificate at assembly so of course went there instead. Am considering going to the gym to run on the treadmill as it is raining steadily.&#060;br /&#062;</description>

				<description>wow, Rae - best of luck! &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;I am not doing so great with fitness. &#038;nbsp;Besides work, which is now slowing down, I do random one minute planks. &#038;nbsp;Haven't run in 2 weeks. &#038;nbsp;Bowling is my only other activity lately. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;I did decide several weeks ago to go by waist measurement rather than pounds, although I still weigh in to keep on track. &#038;nbsp;I am about 1/4&#034; more than goal around my waist. &#038;nbsp;Maybe my wrap dress arriving will jump start me to whittle that middle Lol. &#038;nbsp;I am up about 2 pounds but like I said, trying not to judge the pounds. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;Hopefully the weather will turn for real. &#038;nbsp;We had some blips of upper 50's and even a 60 here and there, and then rain and snow again. &#038;nbsp;Supposedly it will hit the low to mid 60's for most of the next week. &#038;nbsp;If so, a spin on the bikes and a run around the neighborhood should shake me out of my doldrums.&#038;nbsp;</description>

				<description>This is my biggest running week! &#038;nbsp;Aghhhh, a 20 mile run! &#038;nbsp;That will be my longest before the marathon. &#038;nbsp;Then I&#038;nbsp;have a 16mi next week, and then I am tapering off considerably in the last few weeks. &#038;nbsp;Is been tough, I have no idea what kind of time I will do. &#038;nbsp;My secret goal is around the 4 hour mark, but that may be slightly (or majorly) unrealistic. &#038;nbsp;I ran the half in 1:51 with minimal training, and they say to double your half and add 10 minutes for the full, but I think that is quite unrealistic. &#038;nbsp;Maybe 4:30 is doable. &#038;nbsp;I don't know, I just know I want it done now! &#038;nbsp;</description>

				<description>Of course the boots need to bookend your hair.  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-smile icon-emoticon-smile "></span>  I can step in and help as needed.&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;Now that the weather is finally nice, I want to move more of my workouts and walking outdoors. I'm not sure what it is, but I just feel happier when I can do things outside on a bright and sunny day. I think I'm also going to try walking during my lunch break just so I can get out of my office and lab.&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;I'm still working on how to manage my stress, and I know it will be get better. It just takes time.&#038;nbsp;</description>

				<description>How is everyone doing? I'm hanging in there, getting back to my strength of 4 weeks ago. How quickly it dissipates!&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;I'm also getting involved with a time-consuming project. It is all good, but my wardrobe may be moving to Carhartt gear, and steel-toed Red Wing work boots (in a shade to bookend my hair color of course ;-).&#060;br /&#062;&#060;br /&#062;That said, it may be time to pass the baton for starting Alicat's weekly &#034;Healthy Habits&#034; post. Would any dedicated YLFers care to step in? It is pretty simple, just start a post in Off Topic sometime on Sundays.&#060;br /&#062;</description>
