				<description>&#060;p&#062;My first goal is to continue the daily exercise I have been doing -- at least a half hour, preferably an hour of either swimming or walking/running. It's been so hot here that I've been swimming instead of running.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My second goal is to work on my eating habits. I'm mostly pretty good, but I do get lazy with my choices, and I have a sweet tooth. It will be easier now that the boys are out of town -- I tend to eat healthier when we're not doing so much entertaining and hosting.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Like RoseandJoan I am struggling with the summer interruptions. This week I have decided that I must get more serious. I did go to the gym today for a very challenging 60 min zumba class.&#060;br /&#062;I also downloaded the app called MyFitnessPal which is essentially a diary/tracker to help keep on track and become more aware of things. Several people I know have had great success by using it. I did this today and hopefully can see some benefits from using it soon.&#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;For this week the plan is&#060;br /&#062;daily walk of 45 mins&#060;br /&#062;3xgym&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had been working out hard and consistently since Christmas but the extended summer holiday is proving disruptive. Everytime I pop the DVD into the machine the 'MUM CAN I HAVE' starts, so I am going to cut myself some slack and just do what I can until mid August.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Something else I have been mulling over, often our aim is to tone up but what does this mean to you, is it reducing body fat or gaining a little muscle definition?

				<description>&#060;p&#062;My goal is to continue what I did last week: &#038;nbsp;don't do things that stress my abdominal strain. &#038;nbsp;I do feel somewhat better this week and I think it's getting better. &#038;nbsp;If not better within the next ten days I make an appointment with a physiatrist. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Kept food diary every day until dinnertime when it fell apart. &#038;nbsp;I see where I am &#038;nbsp;going astray (dinner, eating out, wine) and I will try to correct it. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Kept doing the stretching exercises. &#038;nbsp;This helps. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Drink more water. &#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Same ol, same ol.&#038;nbsp; Two trainer sessions, tap class, three boot camp classes.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;We are doing a challenge at the gym.&#038;nbsp; We do three minutes on the Strider machine and see if we can beat our personal best for average watts, which is the amount of energy we put out.&#038;nbsp; We started last week and I swear, I was slain by the end of the week!&#038;nbsp; Big fun!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Food has been okay.&#038;nbsp; Still vegging it.&#038;nbsp; I made some hardboiled eggs this weekend for some healthy portable snacks.
