				<description>&#060;p&#062;Just got done with weights workout - just 20 mins. but it helps. Goal this week is to do 3 workouts and to skip wine until Fri/Sat&#038;nbsp; night. I want to make a habit of not having wine on weeknights. &#038;nbsp;I don't know if I could eat too much healthier - but I could reduce further my bread I suppose. It's the one thing that I love that is probably not so healthy for me.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Back home after five days in Chicago area with family. &#038;nbsp;How they love to cook! &#038;nbsp;I was careful and despite eating some junk food on plane ride home only gained a pound. &#038;nbsp;Didn't get much walking in though, except through airports. &#038;nbsp;(Why does our plane always end up at the farthest gate possible?)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;DH has now joined me in a weight loss and exercise goal to be reached by Thanksgiving--3 months away.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;My exercise has been great but my food has been awful, and the scale shows it!&#038;nbsp; Ugh!!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This is my last week at the gym before I have a little medical procedure that will keep me out for a few weeks, so I am trying to make the most of it:&#038;nbsp; Two sessions with Trainer Dave, tap class, and boot camp.&#038;nbsp; Also trying to eat really healthy and maybe drop a pound or two this week.
