I had planned to go to the gym 4 times this week but have a dreadful cold (picked up from DD who got it at camp). 				<description>&#060;p&#062;Am finding weight maintenance hard. Apparently my firm has its own version of the &#034;freshman five&#034; (kg) Lots of eating opportunities! Am trying to get back into my normal weight range.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;On the upside there is a free work&#038;nbsp;gym and I try to make it there 3 days a week. I am getting over my worries about doing weights in a new gym. I miss pump and rpm classes. &#038;nbsp;I am walking about 1/2 hr a day as part of my commute.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I did pretty well counting calories and I want to continue that. &#038;nbsp;I want to start walking in the park every day. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Had a &#034;not the best&#034; week last week. &#038;nbsp;I had a sneezing attack last Sunday that brought back the ab pains, so I had to go back on Advil. &#038;nbsp;I hope to get off of it. &#038;nbsp;I have an appointment with a physiatrist since this ab strain doesn't get better. &#038;nbsp;I'm better a few days and then it's worse again. &#038;nbsp;Unfortunately I couldn't get an appointment before mid-September, so I'll keep working on it on my own.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Good posture both sitting and standing does help, so I am going to continue to focus on posture. &#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp;
