				<description>&#060;p&#062;I hadn't thought to check off topic and started another thread because I missed them.  Thanks to Anne, I now know where to check.  I should have figured that out.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I had a good week but met a friend after work today and we stopped on the way home.  There was nothing to snack on that wasn't either too spicy so I ended up eating a small order of salt and pepper wings.  I have been good otherwise so am not going to sweat it.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I was sleeping better on the weekend but woke up at 2;30 last night.  Ugh.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I plan to go to yoga tomorrow and run on the weekend.  Also have a golf game lined up for next weekend.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;My alarm didn't wake me yesterday, and it was too stormy to walk ( will be today to, I expect) but I got in my leg weights and incline/intervals session on the treadmill this morning.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Been good with food too, and am only about a pound above the top of my usual weight range!!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Well, I feel a little bit redeemed just coming in from a 30 min run  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-smile icon-emoticon-smile "></span>   I had way too much fun with the wine this weekend, but the scale wasn't too mean this morning.&#060;br /&#062;
My Facebook fitness group is doing 'ladders' this week as a challenge.  You do sit ups and push ups increasingly up to a certain number and then back down.  So, 1 situp and 1 pushup and then 2 of each, and then 3 and so on.  Fast as you can, no rest in between.  We are going up to 6 and back down the first day, up to 8 the second day and up to 10 the last day.  Rest days in between.  Should be fun.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Citygirl, I am so with you on the carb thing!!  Not so much bread with me, but I am much more likely to overdo porridge, rice pudding, pasta or weetbix than chocolate or wine.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I had the week  off  after last Sun's HM with the exception of one walk. I am planning to get back into exercise thus&#060;br /&#062;
Mon - RPM class + 1/2 hr walk&#060;br /&#062;
Tue - leg weights and speed/ incline intervals on treadmill + 1/2 hr walk&#060;br /&#062;
wed - pump&#060;br /&#062;
thurs- run + RPM class + arm weights + 1/2 hr walk&#060;br /&#062;
Fri- balance&#060;br /&#062;
Sat - long run ( not that long atm, maybe 8km)&#060;br /&#062;
Sun - rest&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This may be a bit ambitious and the walks, a new thing, are dependent on the weather.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am down a tiny bit in weight, but measured myself (finally) yesterday and was not pleased about my waistline, so getting that down and into my now too tihgt jeans is a big goal.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Other things.&#060;br /&#062;
I have stopped eating in front of the computer, but now need to stop while watching TV. Reading is next, but that is a VERY strong association with me (when eating by myself)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Trying to cut down on chedder intake&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;DH told me today he is trying to lose weight too, so need to think more about family meals.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;AAH!  I am just coming back to say I did a run with the dog in the rain today (that's how much I hate the treadmill - I'd rather run in 50 degree drizzle), and for the first time since I took up running again, I felt really good.  I was going to stop after three miles because we were wet, but something kicked in and I decided to keep going and I went another three miles!  I can't tell you how elated I was!  Then I couldn't even crawl up the stairs at our house.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Tomorrow we are going to brunch at a friend's house for bacon and Bloody Marys, so good thing I got some exercise today.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I'm ready to start fresh in September, Citygirl!  I have a different focus every month.  September will be cardio focused for me.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I will also be sitting down today and planning out meals for the week.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Here's my exercise plan for the upcoming week:&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Saturday:  20 minutes of Cardio HIIT plus some extra ab work&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Sunday:  One hour of cardio and weight intervals&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Monday:  45 minutes of cardio, mix of high impact and low impact&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Tuesday:  Zumba class plus 30 minutes of stretching&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Wednesday:  40 minutes of sculpting with some plyometric intervals mixed in&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Thursday:  Zumba class&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Friday:  rest&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Stay strong, everyone, we can do this!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hi everyone. Just checking in with everyone to see where they are in keeping up with they healthy and fit lifestyle.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I did not weight in for fear that I gained a few pounds this week. I was in one of those moods where I could not stop eating, especially carbs.  I'm a bread-a-holic, plus  starchy foods like rices and cereals. I need to break away from this habit.  The good news is that I did keep up with my exercise routine but still ate more than I should have.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Here's my exercise routine for the following week: Hopefully I'll keep up with it.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Sat: Run 4-5 miles / Weigh in&#060;br /&#062;
Sun: Break&#060;br /&#062;
Mon: bike to work, HIIT class&#060;br /&#062;
Tue: Run 4-5 miles, bike to work&#060;br /&#062;
Wed: Bike to work, HIIT class&#060;br /&#062;
Thu: Run 4-5 miles, LEAVE FOR NYC&#060;br /&#062;
Fri:  Walking and shopping&#060;br /&#062;
Sat: Meeting up with friends in NYC&#060;br /&#062;
Sun: NYC Century bike tour - doing the 55 mile ride&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;How is everyone doing with they exercise and eating habits?
