				<description>&#060;p&#062;Khris, you can really see it in your last WIW - way to go!!!  I have been good 90% of the time but continue to go crazy on Sundays, which is freshest in my mind at a Monday check in lol!  I have been biking, swimming, and now run/walk ing all week.  I am at about the same - just under 120.  For a bit there, I was over and the pants were starting to get snug.  I know that's my limit for my wardrobe to fit well and so that's where I draw the line.  If clothing has to be the motivator, that's okay by me!!   <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-smile icon-emoticon-smile "></span>

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Sorry if I am stepping on toes (Medusa- I think you were doing the check ins), but I saw that these were still going on while I was gone and I can't remember what day it was on. I just have to brag- I have really been watching my sugar/grains this week and even though I missed the gym Friday.......&#060;br /&#062;
I lost 4 pounds this week!&#060;br /&#062;
