				<description>&#060;p&#062;fitness is good as the usual.  i need to buy a new battery for my scale so i dont know how im doing with the weight.  i gave myself a free pass on eating this week, considering iwas keeping kosher for passover.  it's too much to ask to avoid all leaveners and not eat anything healthy.  i am worried about my weight though so i need to get a new scale battery soon!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;AG, there's nothing wrong with a glass of wine as long as you factor that into the rest of your day.  :)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm holding steady with my weight.  Maintenance has been interesting, and is turning out to be about the same as losing.  I still need to do the same things:  exercise regularly, track my food at least some of the time, eat lots of fruits and veggies, etc.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I plead the fifth.  I did get in all but one planned workout (school holiday Fri. overran the pool, so no laps) but food and drink wasn't so hot come the weekend.  Back up to my weight limit.  And today I did nothing to get back on track.  Blech.  Tomorrow.&#060;br /&#062;
On a lighter note, I have downloaded a sprint triathlon schedule.  I know, I was using a cane a week ago, but this is 13 weeks down the road.  It gives me hope at least.  I won't have to start trying to run until 2 weeks from now.  So up and down the stairs I continue trying to get that ankle loose.&#060;br /&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Honestly I am kinda glad that me and the &#034;trainer/partner&#034; I have been working out with are about to part ways. I really enjoyed her company and the beginning was great, but the second half I felt like all I did was train train train after her scheduling difficulties put us behind and that I was constantly having to bend my schedule. Today should be our last workout together. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Even though I haven't been making it to the gym more than 4x a week, I feel like I have been over-training. I really have gotten to the point that I love my workouts and the boost they give me, but I think I will have to vary them more because doing a similar workout tends to leave me with pain or weakness-- but sometimes I can take 4 days off and it isn't enough. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I still haven't figured out how I am going to replace my cardio when I am away from a recumbent bike. I tried a walking workout the other day, and it was alright, but the chest pain and dizziness did hit me. Running is out of the picture totally, since my heart rate shoots up to 180 instantly and climbs from there. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My eating has been crummy, partially because I still have been getting indigestion from leafy greens and because of my total crunch for time. Woo hoo, only 4 days and 25 pages left before I am done for the semester!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I completely forgot to weight myself this morning- and I weigh every morning! LOL&#060;br /&#062;
I know what it was yesterday, and it was up three pounds from earlier in the week because- yes, yet again the hugs got pizza. Man!&#060;br /&#062;
I did manage three workouts last week, and I have added a light dumbell routine for my arms. Even though it wasn't a perfect week, I am feeling pretty good.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I've been training for a half marathon; I have a 5k dash scheduled for next weekend, and a 10k and 8k scheduled for the weekend after.  I've been getting a lot stronger, but my eating is terrible.  I'm up to 9 miles but haven't lost a single ounce!  How can I burn 1,000 calories three times per week and still not lose weight?  Pizza, that's how!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm trying to get back on track this week and started logging my food.  I'm also have trouble with foot pain, so I'm going to try to ease up to my higher distance next week by doing more short runs more frequently during the week.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Welcome to the last week of April, challengers. We're almost 4 months into the challenge! How are things going?&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm sad to say that I didn't check in last week, or even read last week's thread after I started it. (Sorry about that! And I'm off to go back to last week's thread and read what everyone wrote.) Life has been pretty crazy - I've been traveling for work 10 days out of the last 2 weeks, and I just got back from a job interview. With all the travel I've kept up with exercise really well but my eating has been all over the place - lots of sweets, stress eating, the whole 9 yards. So this week my goal is to get back on my eating plan.
