My week has not started off well. I got my usual routine mixed up with BF's day off and now am playing catch up to get back on schedule. Add to that football Sunday beer and snacks and lunch out on Monday with drinks. Yikes. I have some work to do to right my ship this week! Starting with a 3 mile run today. And skipping the wine today and probably tomorrow too.

Pretty good. Why is it that one's weight can go down but the stomach measurement stay the same? I don't need to lose weight anymore, just slim down to where I used to be - there is a difference. Puzzled.

Awesome job, Mo. I think we all need to work in the kitchen a bit. Well, most of us anyways.

Anne, some is way better than none.

Kiwigal, right, I'm lucky I like a lot of healthy foods.

Ms Maven, I spend way too much time sitting too.

DianeG, holiday weight usually does come off fast once we return to our normal habits. I'm sure you'll be back to regular soon.

Ms Mary, onwards but not upwards.

Runcarla, so happy to hear that.

As for me, my weekend was super busy with 30 hours of work. I'm making a Monday resolution, every moday is a new chance to jump back in it. Now I'm off to do my workout on the day I planned to do it.

3 - 5k runs on alternate days, and a bonus bike ride. Slowly, but surely getting my exercise mojo back.

Decent exercise week. Two trainer sessions, two bootcamps (I think... it's been so crazy I can't even remember LOL). Food continues to be hit or miss but at least my weight is stable, if on the high side of acceptable.

Onwards...

I swam loads every day on our two week holiday and I had every intention of doing more exercise last week, then on Wednesday I had some dental work done and the horrid injections and pain afterwards kind of knocked me for six and I missed my Thursday workout and then did gardening instead yesterday. Managed something this afternoon though and I haven't over indulged for a few days either. The holiday resulted in 4 extra pounds round my middle

Back to normal (for me) eating and leaving off the wine for a few weeks. ( I am back on my exercise schedule but have cut down a bit this last week due to tiredness and a lot of stress in my life--again.

Well, almost normal eating--DH came home with a box he'd been given. Something called Killer Brownie. We cut them into one inch pieces and ate them over the week. He has a real problem with his workplace--they love to share pizza and a variety of cakes, candies and cookies.

After Monday life should slow down so that I can catch up. I need to go back and concentrate on posture exercises. Too much time spent slouching in front of computer.

Steady week for exercising with three group sessions, and one long walk. Missed one gym session for a sleep in but that was good as my glute is still a little twingey.

Good week for eating as trying to avoid sugar all week after documentary that I watched. I am not being super super hard core but avoiding where I can.

Good idea to have a day off to recharge Anne. Well done Mo and sometimes that happens Shedev - at least food and exercise were not both bad!

Better with exercise since I adopted a new strategy of "better some than none" - I went to 3 lunchtime gym sessions although I had to leave early in order to return to work on time - RPM, Pump and body attack. Plus DH has finally fixed my bike and I am so excited. DD and I went for a ride yesterday and I was exhilarated and am looking forward to travelling to work that way again ( specially after paying $90 in parking fines recently!).

Still struggling with tiredness in general though, so am taking a day off tomorrow. I thought I was more self controlled with food but weight is about the same.

Good week for exercise (got in all my workouts, on the days I planned to do them!) so so week for food and wine. I know where my focus needs to be. In the kitchen!
