Not going so well here (haven't been on this thread for a few weeks, I think)
I was away at a conference last week, eating rather a lot of yummy food and not doing much exercise. Now I am having to work (and failing so far) at controlling my appetite and portion control, especially in the evenings. I am worried I'll grow out of most of my clothes.

Exercise wise I have done one treadmill interval session and one spin class so far this week.

I had a great week last week -- scale was down a pound or so and exercise was good. I was on a little vacation this weekend and ate and drank more than usual and didn't get to the gym. Haven't been on the scale to assess the damage, but... onward!

First wedding weekend--gained three pounds, but considering how much more I ate and drank than usual, this isn't so bad.

Coming home from a steamy hot Chicago AA served the most fabulous butter brickle ice cream ever. Didn't ask for brand. Otherwise that meal was relatively healthy.

Back to healthier eating the rest of this week. Still having problems with a sore back, so exercising will be focused on alleviating that problem.

It was a fabulous week, so I do not want to complain.

I have been pretty good food no exercise-wise lately. And I wore and felt ok in some shorts this weekend that were too tight earlier in the summer, so I think things are good.

A wonky right shoulder is causing me some grief, so I am avoiding swimming and biking for the moment. Running has been picked up, though I am doing it in the gym due to the extreme heat and humidity of the past weeks. Averaging 3-4 outings per week. Enjoying Yoga Immensly and getting in 2 sessions a week. Wish I could attend more!

I am adjusting to the change in lifestyle since the move to southern Ontario a little over a year ago. The big challenge is the long commute making a work day 12 hours vs 9. Fortunately the hour commute is spent on a train - not a subway car, or in an automobiile. Gym time has been slotted in. Eating dinner at 7 pm vs 5:30-6:00 has exacerbated some gastro issues, but reducing pm carbs, and limiting snacking after dinner has helped - though not eliminated the problem. I am getting about 1-1.5 less hours of sleep in the pm, but do get in a snooze on the train. Sleep is interrupted and this may be due to perimenaupasal hormones.

Weight the past 25 years was steady in the 150-155 range, with the exception of 2 pregnancies. During the year of the move I lost some weight and plateaued at 140. I have been this weight for 18 months +/- so don't anticipate that I will go back. (Body shape remains unchanged and only clothing alteration is bottoms in 8 fit better than 10.)

Some good news! At eye check-up this week, prescription unchanged and pressure smack in the middle of normal!

All okay here but a busy social schedule has taken a toll and I have a streaming cold. So skipped the gym this morning.

Last week managed three workouts and in the weekend a light game of tennis and a walk with a friend.

The weather here is teasing, cold and windy, but we want it to be spring!!

Glad to see you back, Shedev! I'm right there with you--still up a few although mine aren't from vacation. Managed my miles last week but still would like to figure out how to spread them out through the week a bit. Did my first kettlebell work out in forever today and it was exhausting. Am going to try doing that a couple of times a week again after work. See how that goes. Hope to shed those few extra pounds before it becomes skinny jean weather. I just tried a bunch of winter clothes on and found them a little snugger than I would like :P

Hope everyone has a great week!

I gained a little during vacation, but not as much as I thought I did. Now its just time to get back into my routine. Counting WW points has helped me in the past, so that's what I'm starting now.
