				<description>&#060;p&#062;Ugh. &#038;nbsp;Moving plans are upending routines. &#038;nbsp;Not having a race on the calendar has me less motivated to do my runs, although I did get in all 3&#038;nbsp;last week. &#038;nbsp;Missed a swim and didn't do yoga. &#038;nbsp;Then we went to visit a friend and had a lot of beers watching football yesterday. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;Time to get the rest of the week in line and on the right track. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
