				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hello ladies. &#038;nbsp;I haven't participated on the thread in a few weeks. &#038;nbsp;I had a cheat day on the whole30 a week or two ago and may have eaten a few bites of non-compliant food while travelling for work but other than that, I am over 100 days of healthy eating. &#038;nbsp;I felt that I might have gained a bit of weight but hadn't weighed for weeks. &#038;nbsp;I finally got on the scale this morning and was a bit lower than last time. &#038;nbsp;I have lost about 10 lbs and am in the range that I like to be in. &#038;nbsp;I could lose another 5 lbs but am okay in clothes. &#038;nbsp;:)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I was golfing like crazy for a while. &#038;nbsp;I think we spent over $700 on green fees in July but then we had some really cold wet weather and I have packed it in. &#038;nbsp;I plan to start lifting weights again soon but am not quite ready. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;It sounds like a lot of stress is going around. &#038;nbsp;I wonder if it is related to back to school. &#038;nbsp;Work has been busy and I have been travelling a few times. &#038;nbsp;We booked a short Vegas vacation for early November so that will be time to relax but walk a ton. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

&#060;p&#062;I'm chiming back in to note something odd. From Tue morning tea to Thurs breakfast I was at a marriage retreat where we were fed sumptously (it was at a hotel) although I had to skip one evening meal.&#038;nbsp; And I returned a little lighter than I went, though I expected it to be heavier. I can only attibute it to having heaps of protein in the buffet breakfasts!&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Greetings, healthy fabbers!&#038;nbsp; I plan on joining you from her on with your weekly thread.&#038;nbsp; Living in a new city, I don't have those friends who call me when I don't show up to the gym.&#038;nbsp; I don't even have a gym!&#038;nbsp; So please, if I don't show up on the post, hunt me down like a wild boar in the bayou!&#038;nbsp; &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm trying to set up some healthy new habits now that (most) of the boxes are unpacked and the kids are in school.&#038;nbsp; I'm having a bit of a hormonal hangover at the moment, but I feel better now -- like I've come out of a long tunnel.&#038;nbsp; I'm exercising again, although not yet returned to the intensity of a year or two ago.&#038;nbsp; I've also recently started tracking steps with my fitbit, and am using myfitnesspal for tracking what I eat.&#038;nbsp; Keeping it simple at the moment.&#038;nbsp; I'm mostly using the tracking to moderate my eating and begin making wiser choices.&#038;nbsp; Right now, I have it set for 2,000 calories.&#038;nbsp; At my current weight I can actually probably lose without dropping those numbers --- at least at first.&#038;nbsp; What an eye opener!&#038;nbsp; I'm focusing on mindful eating, better planning, more fruits and veggies, adequate protein and plenty of fiber.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;And, when no one is looking.........I've started doing a little YouTube Zumba before my circuit workouts.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;One of those weeks huh for all!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I had a great week last week with exercise and healthy living, but Sunday and Monday I over indulged in carbs and chocolate.  Partly due to DHs birthday, and partly being stuck inside on a rainy day with two small nephews.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Feeling blah today as a result...must remember that lesson.

&#060;p&#062;My back has recovered from last weeks pain from deadlifts, and I managed a park run on Saturday.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Weight wise I am down a kilo from last Monday, and in more familiar territory. I managed to keep losing&#038;nbsp; a little even on Saturday, though was up a bit this morning (Sunday had too many slices of toast with lashings of butter on it!) I am at the hungry stage of my cycle, which is always a bit harder.
