				<description>&#060;p&#062;Peri, the ability of a woman's body to fluctuate in weight is amazing, and for me, especially as I get older. &#038;nbsp;A weird thing that has happened to me in the last few weeks is that I am not doing well on keeping the food diary, and am sure I'm taking in too many calories, but I've lost. &#038;nbsp;Other times I am very careful and either I don't lose or I gain.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Overall I'm doing pretty well. &#038;nbsp;I'm almost back to where I was before the last trip, and am hoping I can do even better on the next. &#038;nbsp;I'm taking it a bit easier on exercising this week, but I'll get back full swing in coming weeks. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Big challenge coming up: &#038;nbsp;another trip including a wedding. &#038;nbsp;I'm sure there won't be any Cornish pastries again, but for sure there will be delectable piroskis and lots of cake and stuff like that.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Last week was a good week, four gym sessions and a couple of walks around town. &#038;nbsp;Eating was pretty good too.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I had Sunday off and was doing some computer work and went to stand up and my left glute seized, and I had sciatic pain down the thigh. &#038;nbsp;Yesterday I could hardly walk and struggled to stand up. &#038;nbsp;It is on the mend today but I think I will have the week off the gym and do some walking instead. &#038;nbsp;Wondering if I have been overdoing the squats?&#060;/p&#062;

My weight is the same as usual and instead of being discouraged, I'm looking at it as a win since I haven't gained anything either. Plan to keep up the same workout schedule for the week. 				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had a day of beach trawling and beer sipping with friends yesterday. &#038;nbsp;But we did start the morning with weights at the gym and I did eat fairly well for going out. &#038;nbsp;The rest of the week was very good. &#038;nbsp;Got in all workouts except laps on Saturday, but I swam a little at my friend's pool at the beach Sunday afternoon before we hit up the beach bars to hear music.&#060;br /&#062;This week I hope to start running 3x a week instead of twice, while keeping all other workouts on the schedule. &#038;nbsp;
