				<description>&#060;p&#062;Pretty good week. I am revising and working on book proposal and sitting in front of the computer for long spells, but drink lots of liquids so I have to get up frequently!&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Jeans I wore today were kind of baggy. Third time I've worn them since last wash, so some bagging is inevitable, but I am losing some inches below the waist. Frustrating because they are still snug in the waist. I do wish my body would cooperate and lose inches where I want to lose and not other places.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;DH is also getting on the ball--he's confessed to M&#038;amp;Ms and ice cream cones he gets when he &#034;goes for a walk&#034; from his office. Once he is committed he drops weight in a dramatic fashion. Of course he is much further away from the ideal weight than I am.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Been good with the workouts. 3 elliptical sessions, and continuing with a plank a day. I've been stuck at 90&#034; for a week - it's still really hard!  Needless to say I am deviating from the original 30 day challenge plan. I think my core fitness is just not high enough for 5 min at the end of 30 days, plus I feel like I need more rest days than the plan specifies (I do better with a rest every 3 days or so rather than 6.). So I'm going at my own pace.  I did do 105&#034; yesterday but today could only hold 90.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Food wise I was very good during the week although indulged a bit over the weekend. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I feel healthier and less schlumpy although clothes are still a bit tight. (I don't own a scale and don't like to weigh myself often so I'm going by clothing fit and measurements.)

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Had a couple of days off with the plank challenge. Got back to it last night. I'm at 1 minute.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Missed out on my weekly walk with a friend so activity was down. Not quite as many smoothies this week either. I think I'll stay regular with these when the school year starts.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Still not snacking in the evening. Food intake moderately good. Eating more fish, cooking more from scratch. Researching organics, non-GMOs, dirty dozen etc. trying to shop more consciously.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;It was a rainy and cool week so not as much walking or golf this week. &#038;nbsp;:( &#038;nbsp;I have been on the whole 30 for at least 70 days now and decided it was time for a little cheat so we picked up a bottle of pinot grigio and had a glass of wine. &#038;nbsp;WOW. &#038;nbsp;One glass and I was tipsy for a few hours. &#038;nbsp;LOL &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have lost 8 lbs and am very close to the high end of my goal weight (which is where my doctor prefers that I be for my age).

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Basketball sounds fun. &#038;nbsp;Have a great visit.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I had a busy week, three hard gym sessions, one walk and on Saturday a 6km mud run. &#038;nbsp;I did it in one hour which was a LOT quicker than last year mostly due to sloshier mud and less waiting. &#038;nbsp;You could not run all the way but I did a lot of running, wading, climbing and clambering!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Afterwards we had a Sambuca, a coffee, a hot swim and a jug of beer (and some food).&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am hoping to build a small amount of running into my schedule, 2-3 runs a week for about 5km, &#038;nbsp;I do not love running but feel it would assist my fitness and maybe weight loss too.
