Not a good week for me. I'm under a lot of stress right now and just can't concentrate on good habits. I've promised myself to start over again this Sunday. I may even go back to Weight Watchers. Group moral support is good.

Three weightlifting and rehab workouts last week, plus biking once to the gym (45min away) and biking to work a few of those days. My back is ever so slowly becoming more flexible, and my form with front squats has improved. I still have a lot of pain lifting 200lb, which used to be a warm-up weight for me. Frustration abounds.

A solid week for all I think!

I had a low level virus last week so skipped two days of exercise, but feel good again. As a result I also didn't eat as much (nor drink any wine) as I had several early nights to catch up.'

Went for a good run on Sunday, back at the gym yesterday, and planning a short lunchtime run today.

Anne - I find MFP a pain too:)

Saturday was my first day back with the half-marathon training group; they were scheduled for 10 miles but I only did 6 since I've been out of town for 6 weeks. Felt surprisingly good since I haven't done sustained long mileage for a while. Sore yesterday and this morning but not overwhelmingly so.

Yoga Practice 4 days last week. I was on the road so I couldn't get to studio other days.
Eating fine.
My shoulder injury from years ago (MVA) has flared up. I don't know why but it is very unpleasant. Understatement.

Shedev, probably a plateau is to be expected at this point after all your losses. Hopefully it won't be for long.

Barbara Diane, not gaining is good.

Good work with the eating and exercising.

I have to say I am impressed at anyone who keeps up with calorie counting. I tried today with MFP and got frustated because I coudn't sync my fitbit. Andthe diet tracking part of fitbit didn't have the options MFP did.

I think I'm just going to stick with my current eating plan,of mostly limiting eating beween 8pm and 9am, and working on eating slowly. I'm down a little in weight - but not yet to what I was in June, which is really my aim (Just trying to reverse the winter weight gain)

I have been on a cooking dessert kick at the moment, but that'll take a break for the next 5 of so Saturdays as I'll be busy, which should have a good effect on my weight!

I did 1 gym trip (skipped another as felt a bit coldish), 3 run/walks, one 20 min run and most days did my physio exersices. Have averaged 10000 steps.

Lost focus. Not losing. Swam once. But not gaining, so that's a plus.

I had a good week overall. Food was good overall. Stayed in my calories and mostly hit my protein numbers. exercise was good, 3 stronglifts, 2 Krav, 1 hiking with Hedev and the dogs. Scale not budging.
I'm experimenting with eating to TDEE over NEAT. I've been working out consistently and want to eat the same everyday.
