				<description>&#060;p&#062;Walked once, swam once, half my goal. &#060;br /&#062;Lots of shopping walking, and off the coach more, so that is good.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Not what I ate so much as quantity was a little off. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Left the living room for bed by midnight 5 out of seven nights and I get a pass on one of them because NAS online went live. This is a big improvement.&#060;/p&#062;

I woke up 2 hours after I hit the bed this morning. I got sunburned on the back of my neck over the weekend. My motivation for to go put a bunch of weight on top of the burn to do squats was near the bottom of the barrel. I gave myself a little pep talk and went to the gym.&#060;/div&#062;&#060;div&#062;&#060;br /&#062;&#060;/div&#062;&#060;div&#062;Qfbrenda, great logging, I,m really consistant with that too.&#060;/div&#062;&#060;div&#062;&#060;br /&#062;&#060;/div&#062;&#060;div&#062;Style fan, I'm so glad your feet are on the mend.&#060;/div&#062;

I know I need more sleep, too,  Anne. I think I will look for a fitness tracker as a Christmas present.  Sounds like it's helpful for keeping you on track.&#060;br /&#062;
Ms Maven I bet you rock those jeans! I was surprised something eats lantana. The Australian version is a weed and a pest , though the little flowers are pretty.&#060;br /&#062;
Carla, your schedule alternately inspires and exhausts me !&#060;br /&#062;
My plan this week is to do a 30 day shred workout each morning that I won't be able to get out for a walk. One down,  3 to go!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Happy with my week - 3- 5 K runs, 2- 2000m swims, 2- 30K bike rides, 1 weight training session (2 days had noon and night workouts. ) A little too much ice cream early in the week, but then switched over to fruit.  DS#2 and I have been going through 1 watermelon and one cantaloupe per week, shared, by way of post workout snack.  Got some local peaches and raspberries this week.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Doing better this week. I got over my craving for sugary treats. &#038;nbsp;Did exercises on schedule and my aching back is quite a bit better. I remembered to put on sunscreen before I went outside most days--I've been lax about it--I go out early in the morning to check on things--something ate my lantana and all the lobelia--rabbits I am sure. So I get carried away and stay outdoors working in the yard and forget the sunscreen. I've had too much skin damage to be so careless.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;And today I'm wearing a pair of white jeans I bought last year and haven't worn this year because they were too tight in the waist and too nice (see Angie's blog post from today.) Well, they fit and I wore them all day. Another week like this past one and I should be able to wear everything in my closet.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have morning stiffness now, which I don't like. It gets me down and makes me feel old. Then I think about all that happened this last week and reflect on how incredibly happy and lucky I am to live in this time and this place. So many people around the world wake up with so much worse problems than morning stiffness.&#060;/p&#062;

&#060;p&#062;I'm working on getting my 10000 steps a day (I bought a fitbit recently). Generally I haven't acheived it unless I've walked at lunch or on&#038;nbsp; a shopping day.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm working on a programme from my physio, with walks, walk/jogs, my weights at the gym, and daily strength exercises. I do well with someone telling me know to do! I had a great walk on Sunday that I wouldn't have done if it wasn't on the programme!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm also working on getting enough sleep, which I'm now tracking on said fitbit. I think I'm improving&#038;nbsp; as gauged by less falling asleep at my desk! Last Friday night I actually managed to wash up that night and even put away some clothes - that level of activity is often beyond me by Friday, though it was helped by not having to drive the kids around.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;But my average is less than 8 hours and is boosted by weekend totals - I need to work on going to bed earlier, which has been particularly hard recently as the kids have been on school hols and going to bed late. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Food was pretty indulgent on the weekend, as the DDs are getting into cooking while they have more time!&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had a great week for stronglifts. 4 sessions and I'm really progressing well. Krav wasn't as good. So far this week the RNC is creating traffic nightmares in Cleveland. I'm mostly on a rest day, but I'm trying to do something toward my fitness every day so I did a little yoga.&#060;br /&#062;Food was good. I'm working on increasing my protein.
