				<description>&#060;p&#062;I was going to say I haven't golfed in a while but it was last Thursday. &#038;nbsp;We always pull/push our carts. &#038;nbsp;The only exception is if we play a long course where a motorized cart is mandatory. &#038;nbsp;I like the walk almost as much as the golfing - sometimes more. &#038;nbsp;LOL&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;On Monday evening we built a stone wall in the front yard. &#038;nbsp;It is 65' long. &#038;nbsp;Last night, we weeded the entire area&#038;nbsp;and spread 10 yards of mulch. &#038;nbsp;Tonight I am meeting an old high school friend and we are going to go walk around St. Vital Park (about an hour). &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;The yard is almost finished so I am hoping to get in more golf now.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hi all. I'm trying to stay active (mostly indoors)&#038;nbsp;as much as I can during this heatwave in the east coast. &#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp;While I haven't seen much of a weight loss, I have been noticing my clothes fitting better due to my new workout program, plus I just started training for the Philly Half in November. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Workout program is tough with 6 days on and 1 day off. &#038;nbsp; M, W, Th - cross train via strength training; Tue, Thu, Sat, and Sun: short runs followed by a long run on Sunday.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Hopefully, I'll look pretty decent by the end of August as we will be going to Quebec City for vacation. Can't wait.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Moving is hard work!  Morning to night cleaning, unpacking, sorting, etc.  every night I fall into bed exhausted.  Quality of food has been great. Access to beautiful produce at a farmers market, so I am happy about nutrition.  Have plateaued at 140 lbs for 5 months now, so this may be the new norm?

				<description>&#060;p&#062;A busy week of sort of maintaining. &#038;nbsp;I'd still like to lose those last 3-4 pounds. &#038;nbsp;Big events coming up in August--reminds me of the first time I went on a cruise. &#038;nbsp;I'd heard that aboard ship it was non-stop eating, so I lost 5 pounds in the couple of months before and came home my right weight. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;It's been a long time since I've been able to do something like that. &#038;nbsp;The closer I get to goal, the more my motivation falters. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I went to a few gym &#038;nbsp;classes&#038;nbsp;last week and this morning did pump and balance. Yesterday I went for a run - haven't been running much lately, perhaps because of the rain and cold.&#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;My plan is to do 2 pump classes a week (one is a half class) a body balance, RPM, pilates if my schedule allows it and 3 runs (2 short with intervals and one longer)&#060;br /&#062;&#038;nbsp;We'll have to see if that happens!&#060;br /&#062;Foodwise I have been way too inspired by Masterchef australia, but it will all be over in a week or so....&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;My eating habits always take a dive when I'm in Texas (BBQ! fried okra!) but I'm still active when I'm there. Temps well into the 90s, so I took brisk sweaty 4- mile walks instead of running, and I swam a bit. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My back has been hurting a little since I left TX so I am easing back into biking a long ride. But I can tell it's better today, so I'm looking forward to resuming my routine!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have managed to stick to my low carb plan except for a bowl of watermelon chunks one evening and a few very small glasses of wine. &#038;nbsp;I ate far too many nuts though so have decided not to weigh myself for a while.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Although I haven't been &#034;working out&#034;, we are still doing yard work and I am golfing once a week when it isn't raining. &#038;nbsp;We put together a 350 lb gazebo on Friday evening/Saturday morning.&#038;nbsp; I swept the patio and the garage&#038;nbsp;with the big garage broom (hard work) and washed the windows on the back of the house, and put together the outdoor patio and coffee tables. &#038;nbsp;There was more but that is what I remember. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;It has been raining a lot here. &#038;nbsp;It is causing a lot of golf games to be cancelled.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Must be something in the air. &#038;nbsp;I was too tired yesterday once I got rained out of lap swim (yet again) to do an alternate workout. &#038;nbsp;Got in the rest of my training days, though. &#038;nbsp;And I stuck it out in the gym with broken A/C this morning for my indoor bike session. &#038;nbsp;BF couldn't take it and left. &#038;nbsp;It was pretty stuffy. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;Food has been alright, as has the wine. &#038;nbsp;Less than 2 weeks until my race. &#038;nbsp;Not sure how my routine will look afterwards. &#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;That's the thing about working out--it makes you hungry, doesn't it! I'm not a regular participant here (or on the forum these days) but I enjoy seeing how everyone manages to keep forging ahead. I'm pretty consistent and have been working a little harder this summer trying to keep DDs on their work out schedule. As a result, I find myself SO tired. I've been alternating kettlebells and running with one rest day per week. Each work out is about 40 minutes and I'm so happy to be done by the end.  Hoping the two day rest this weekend will re-energize  me for the upcoming week because all I want to do is sleep!  Diet is pretty much the same as usual. We aim to avoid processed food and too many snacks. I'd like to lose 5lbs so that is something I'm going to start thinking about--maybe. Thanks for keeping me motivated even though I don't often post here!
