				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hi shedev, at least you got in 2 workouts so good job.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I did well last week. I was down -1.5 lbs. when I weighed in on Monday. I handn't seen a loss in quite some time so I was quite surprised since I splurged all weekend long. I am happy about it though and am motivated to work harder this week. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My challenge is to lose 5-10 lbs by the first week of August, or if not lbs, then inches. I took my measurements on June 1 and will measure again on July 1. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Week 2 - Goals for the week: 
&#060;ul&#062;
&#060;li&#062;M,W,F: &#038;nbsp;StrongLifts, and 3 x 1-minute planks.&#060;/li&#062;
&#060;li&#062;M-F: bike to and from work totaling 5.75 miles a day&#060;/li&#062;
&#060;li&#062;T, Th: Run 3 - 4 miles&#060;/li&#062;
&#060;li&#062;eat veggies and protein, drink lots of water&#060;/li&#062;
&#060;li&#062;track all my food&#060;/li&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I've been tracking my food for a month now, and have lost 5 lbs.&#038;nbsp; Makes a huge difference on a short person. 5 more to go.&#038;nbsp; Running with the dogs 5 days a week, two 6.5 mile runs and three 5 mile runs.&#038;nbsp; Weight training one or two days a week - would like to do more.&#038;nbsp; Also need to build up my mileage once a week or every other week&#038;nbsp;until my 1/2 marathon in October - maybe 7 miles in June, 8 in July, 9 in August, 10 in September.&#038;nbsp; I won't make the dogs do all this, will probably bring them back home after a couple miles and go out again on my own.&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Well it is ages since I've been on this thread.&#060;br /&#062;I was progressing rather well with running - did 10km last monday until I was off exercise with a cold (funnily enough that happened last time I worked up to a 10km run but I think it is just a coicidence as 1)it is winter here now and 2) DH and DD9 both had one. So I haven't exercised all week.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Weight it NOT good - up about as high as I've every been and not going well with the cold weather appetite!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Good week for me. Most of the week post surgical DH wasn't much for eating, so I had small, simple dinners and actually managed to drop a couple of pounds. I also had plenty of time to exercise.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I may try last summer's dresses on this week. That will be the true test of my efforts thus far. After a solid year of diligently sticking to the exercises I wonder if they will fit differently, as in better.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Having made it through the challenge of the last couple of weeks, this week I should have an easier time of it. I haven't been keeping track of steps for several weeks, so I plan on getting that going again.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;1 bike,  2 swims, 2 yoga, 2 runs.  Not sure what I did, but last Sunday night developped a bit of a sore lower back, so needed to back off a bit at the beginning of the week.  There is still a bit of minor discomfort, but nothing that can't be worked through.   &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Food was good and little by way of gastro issues, but I let myself get dehydrated over the course of the week.  Rectified that over the weekend with lots of water, and herbal tea in the pm when the evenings got cool.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;It is so nice to be out of doors instead of inside a gym!  The yoga instructor says next month he is taking the class outside, to a local beach, for the Saturday am class!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Sounds like you had a good week! My week was fine. I met my initial goal of 30 runs in a row--well, except for missing one day. I ran no less than a mile and no more than 3.5 and did kettlebell/body weight work 3xs. My weight is up a few pounds--not surprising although a little disappointing. Oh well! Hope everyone has a good week!
