&#060;p&#062;Cheryle, you are doing really well, &#038;nbsp;lots of walking and healthy eating.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am doing well for mid winter, lots of exercise, clothes a little looser, and feeling healthy, &#038;nbsp;Cut back a little on wine, and also eating more protein.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Slacking a bit after the triathlon - 2 run, 2 yoga, 1 swim.  Food basically ok, but brought ice cream onto the house and it is my 'crack'.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have been focused on the tri event for so long, that I am at a loss at the moment, though I do plan to do a few more events this summer.  I need to take some time to re-focus and make a plan.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Gastro has been good,  but sleep ++ disturbed.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Sounds like you had a brutal week Shedev. &#038;nbsp;I don't think I could handle those hours even for one weekend. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have been walking quite a bit and am on day 18 of the Whole 30. &#038;nbsp;I'm not sure if I've lost weight or not. &#038;nbsp;I do know my sinus headaches have almost gone entirely. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have had a few days off to coincide with Canada day but seem to have developed a nasty eye infection. &#038;nbsp;I went to the doctor and got a Rx for it this morning and decided to take a tylenol and go for a short run/walk. &#038;nbsp;I got to about 5.4 miles but most of it was fast walking.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I was in a fitbit challenge last week and averaged well over 15K steps per day which was great. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Today after my run/walk. &#038;nbsp;I bought a new panache sports bra yesterday and this thin tank this morning. &#038;nbsp;It is a LOT of color. &#038;nbsp;Only for running.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I continue to practice Yoga about 5 times a week.&#038;nbsp; I decide to add fitness classes to my routine.&#038;nbsp; I felt I needed to build some strength and muscle tone.&#038;nbsp; I have been going 3 times a week to a fitness class.&#038;nbsp; They play disco music and do muscle building exercises.&#038;nbsp; I like it except the Monday class the instructor has everyone in pairs.&#038;nbsp; I don't like that part.&#038;nbsp; I want to go and work out.&#038;nbsp; I am too sleepy to socialize.&#038;nbsp; Wednesday and Friday are good.&#060;/p&#062;

&#060;p&#062;I'm just back from the Paris trip and despite my fears, I only gained three pounds. We did walk a lot, but we ate a lot and drank a lot of wine. The entire time I didn't have any ill-effects from drinking the French wines--perhaps it was all the bread and high fat food we ate with it.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Both DH and I had a problem with tired, aching feet, but we're much better now we're back. I've had problems getting in and out of cars and with stairs lately, but I was still surprised at how difficult it was for me to get in and out of the smaller cars and taxis. I do some PT exercises regularly for core and to build up quads etc, but my thighs just couldn't seem to do the job of lifting me out of seats or chairs. DH says it is because my legs are so long, especially from the knee down, but I haven't had this problem so severely in the past.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I do have a annual exam scheduled next week--Medicare insists on it--and while there I will ask the MD about the weakness and what further exercises I can do. So this week, goal is to get back to eating and drinking less, get back on the exercise schedule, and get reoriented.&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I got stuck a work all weekend. 16 hours fri, 19 hours sat 10 hours sun. I didn't have a great week for either food or gym, this week will be better as soon as my body gets over the weekend. Hope your week was better than mine.
