&#060;p&#062;Ran 3x as usual plus two Fitness Blender workouts.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;The other day I saw a (lower) number on the scale that I hadn't seen before.  It gave me some hope that maybe I am losing weight, slowly.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Just as I was writing this, my husband offered me a bowl of ice cream! I said no...will have a glass of water instead. Thanks for your support here!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Okay week--a couple of heavy meals and my weight popped back up. &#038;nbsp;I hate that. &#038;nbsp;I'm back on a regular work-out schedule after being under the weather for several weeks, but I'm doing two sets of reps instead of three. &#038;nbsp;I'm not happy at how quickly I lost the stregnth, but I'll get it back.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Next week: &#038;nbsp;watch the diet better. Wine drinking has sneaked back into the weekends. &#038;nbsp;I really can't afford the useless calories.&#060;/p&#062;

&#060;p&#062;Lynn-I have a girl at my gym like that, but it's with the arms. I had to give up wheat due to Celiacs. I have had times where I couldn't handle either sugar or dairy for periods of time. None of this has actually killed me, but I was a very unhappy girl.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Last week wasn't so great. It started off with something in my sinuses which then decided to take up residence in my chest. It also took out my voice for good measure. So, this week was more trying to be quiet and take it easy so I could fight it off. I didn't get my steps in, but that changes today! My goal for this week is to get my steps in and doing my walk/jog bit and to start adding weight bearing exercises.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;You're much better than I am, shedev. I splurged on frozen yogurt this week because it felt so good on my throat.&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I've gone for walks every day and probably missed weights once this week because of injury.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I watched some YouTube videos on my next step in my kettle bells training and I got some good ideas! I tried to find a good book on weight lifting for women, but all of them were really&#038;nbsp;&#060;i&#062;wussy&#060;/i&#062; you know? Like the ladies were using little 2.5 lb free weights and things. Ugh.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am off to purchase my 25 lb kettle bell sometime this week, so that will be exciting. The 20 isn't cutting it anymore at all, and sometimes I have been using my free weights (20 + 20) to do some of the kettle bell stuff because I feel ready for it, and have been increasing over the last month.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I still don't think I look like &#034;someone who works out&#034; - but I think I'd rather not be the person who does nothing either  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-smile icon-emoticon-smile "></span>  A lot of my coworkers go to Crossfit, and those girls look like they&#038;nbsp;&#060;i&#062;really work out&#060;/i&#062;, I'm pretty sure one of them could bench press two of me. She has like abs that look like they belong on a guy. I seriously&#038;nbsp;&#060;i&#062;did not think that was anatomically possible&#060;/i&#062;.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;PS: If I ever had to cut out sugar, I think I'd die.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Missed yet another swim. &#038;nbsp;Those 7pm lap hours can be hard between the thunderstorms and just losing motivation by that hour. &#038;nbsp;Did all other workouts. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;Started today in the gym with BF doing a short weights set. &#038;nbsp;At the end of the week is a race simulation day - swim, bike, run all in a row.&#060;br /&#062;&#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;Have decided it's high time to really limit the wine and not just talk about it. &#038;nbsp;Plan on incorporating that into my No Buy July. &#038;nbsp;A month of overall restraint I suppose lol. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hello. I'm still off he sugar. Hedev brought home some of the best ice cream in Cleveland so that may not last. The only thing that really kept me from digging in is that&#038;nbsp;I haven't really had much of an appetite the last couple days.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I did 3 sixteen hour shifts in a row a couple weeks ago. I can tell that I'm more fit because they weren't as hard on me physically. I'm pretty strong for my size but&#038;nbsp;I really want to look like someone who works out.&#060;/p&#062;
