&#060;p&#062;My week started last Friday when we went to NYC for the 5 Boro Bike Tour. We did lots of walking, eating, and drinking, then the 40 mile bike ride on Sunday.&#038;nbsp; Funny, I still didn't lose any weight and haven't seen a loss in a while.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This week, back on track with lifting and adding more cardio. No set schedule.&#038;nbsp; &#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Sorry you were under the weather, Shedev. Allergens have been swirling around here a lot lately so while I thought I was getting a cold, I think it was just allergies. I've been busy and haven't been super diligent. I've been doing kettlebells 3x a week and taking long-ish walks with the dog on the off days. Hoping to get back into a more athletic routine--have decided to just try and do a mile a day at race pace and see what happens. I used to enjoy running but it has felt like a time suck/grind for me lately--I'm going to shoot for 20 days of short and sweet. Wish me luck!

&#060;p&#062;I've been in a funny place the last few weeks, but with warm weather and several trips coming up, I need to figure out why I'm stuck going up and down the same 3-4 pounds. The last week I've been stuck on the up side.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Since May 1 I've been keeping track of what I eat--and thank goodness it is almost my favorite fruit season. I bought my first apricots today--they look great but haven't tried one yet. There is a fruit stand I like to go to, but it isn't open yet. With the strange weather I'm not sure how abundant the local crops are, but I'm looking forward to just picked produce again.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Yogurt ice cream sounds wonderful. Have you shared the recipe Angie?&#060;/p&#062;

&#060;p&#062;Winter is on the way here, &#038;nbsp;today rather bleak. &#038;nbsp;Enjoyed lots of leek and onion soup last week, and plan to make more soup this week. &#038;nbsp;Perfect for work at home lunches.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Exercise was steady - two gym workouts, one park workout, one short run and a walk with a friend. &#038;nbsp;I seem to have one good week with eating though and then a greedy week.....&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Yoga seems to really suit you Angie, I wonder about starting doing that again. &#038;nbsp;
