				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have made some food and exercise commitments:&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;1.No cheese as a snack between meals&#060;br /&#062;2.No refined sugar in the week (Cake/chocolate/biscuits/fudge) - can have fresh fruit. &#038;nbsp;Exception small amount brown sugar or honey on porridge. &#038;nbsp;Very minimal dried fruit.&#060;br /&#062;3.No sugary drinks&#060;br /&#062;4. 5 lots exercise per week&#060;br /&#062;5. Increase protein and vege content of meals.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I will find 1 and 2 the hardest. &#038;nbsp;I eat too much cheese and need to stop this. I also have days of eating too much sugar. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I should manage 3 easily as I rarely drink anything outside water, coffee, tea, herbal tea and wine. &#038;nbsp;I will continue my current wine habits of 1-2 glasses of wine up to 3 nights a week.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I usually achieve 4 lots of exercise a week, some weeks 5. &#038;nbsp;I will be working to make sure I consistently make time for the 5th one.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;The last one will require more organisation.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Continuing with daily (or almost daily) Yoga practice.&#038;nbsp; I am&#038;nbsp;trying to do 10,000 steps a day.&#038;nbsp; I need to work on that more.&#038;nbsp; My dog is having some problems.&#038;nbsp; Nothing serious but she is not in the mood for walking.&#038;nbsp; I think my weight is the same.&#038;nbsp; I haven't weighed myself for a few weeks.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Doing better overall. I have been keeping the food diary and apparently I was eating a couple of hundred more calories than I should have. My weight went back down a bit, but I've got several trips coming up and I know there will be temptations.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Thanks for keeping up with the healthy habits posts, shedev. It does help to know I'm going to hold myself accountable in front of an audience every week.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hanging in there. Weight the same. I managed to do my mile a day and get my 3 kettlebell work outs in as well. I'm not really sure what my goals are except to get into a daily exercise pattern. I'm *thinking* about doing a longer run twice a week but I'm not committing to anything yet--baby steps. My baseline for the mile is 8 minutes so still very slow but am hoping that by Day 20 or 30 (haven't decided on the duration of my little challenge) that I see some improvement. Maybe one of these days I'll be able to keep up with DDs! Hope you all have a good week!&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I've decided to join weight watchers again so I can be held accountable and watch my food intake. My weight has slowly creeped up and with&#038;nbsp;all this exercise, I haven't really seen a loss.&#038;nbsp;I really need to watch what I eat.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This weeks activities are:&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;ul&#062;
&#060;li&#062;Mon: StrongLifts (SL) - week 8. Getting stronger but still don't see any definition underneath all my fat, so need to add more cardio. I need to add more core work too.&#060;/li&#062;
&#060;li&#062;Tues: bike to work and back.&#060;/li&#062;
&#060;li&#062;Wed: SL - week 8. Run for half an hour. Work on core.&#060;/li&#062;
&#060;li&#062;Thur: bike to work and back.&#060;/li&#062;
&#060;li&#062;Fri: SL - Week 8. Run for half an hour. Work on Core.&#060;/li&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Despite a summer cold, I managed to stay on track with my run workouts.  This was the last of two big weeks, before the taper!  No swim (terrible sinus congestion.  Flip turns would be killer.)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Food was good.  Lots of veg.  Train was super late (9:30 pm) on Friday, so passed on dinner to avoid gastro problems.  (Had humus and flatbread on the train.).  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Meds for sinus pain = good night's sleep!!!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;My turn for a virus and had two days off the gym which turned into four through one thing and another.  So a light week with two moderate walks and one gym session.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Ate two big pieces of cheesecake in the weekend too.... But aside from that things were fine.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Focussing on nutrient levels in food and upping the vege content.
