Bettycrocker, you manage to do lots of exercise, despite your medical limitations. Yoga seems to be good for everything, doesn't it.&#060;br /&#062;
Sally, I hope you enjoy yoga again. I did a little bit years ago, too. Pilates somehow sounds harder than yoga.....is it?&#060;br /&#062;
As for me, still unreasonably hungry, so trying to increase protein in meals. No running this week, but a little walking.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have been eating a lot - I have been super hungry. &#038;nbsp;Maintained workouts but rather fatigued and irritable. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have started yoga last night - beginners course for six weeks and I loved it. &#038;nbsp;Wondered why I have stayed away for 12 years (I did pilates for 9 years of that time, had a baby for 1 year, but there are still a couple of unexplained years!!)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Lots of walking and usual three gym sessions.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I'm down a little in weight and feel thinner around the waist.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Exercise is still pretty limited&#038;nbsp; (but in exciting news I won 10 PT sessions at my gym yesterday!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Have come to the conclusion that I need 2-3 carb serves a day to feel full. I don't think low-carb is for me. Am going to work on getting enough fibre and increasing vegies as well.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Down a few ounces--I've been very hungry the last couple of weeks, and haven't quite figured out why. I did go off wine and all alcohol, so I'm consuming fewer calories. Pants are still too tight in the waist.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I think I have a bit of spring fever. Today is sunny, but we're in between much needed rain storms and it has turned chilly again. On dark, cloudy days I don't have as much energy as I do on sunny days.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This week I'm going to tweak my diet and see if I can get back to my former routine. Maybe I'll do some mall walking when the rains come back, although that is likely to be expensive. I need to tweak my exercising as well--arthritis in my knee is acting up.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Well, my weight is climbing and the loose pants are now tight, despite tracking. It's frustrating when you feel like you're doing everything right, but your body's shape doesn't align with your comfort zone. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Now for the positives:&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;A) I put in my four workouts last week, and managed a triple dead-hang pull-up with a 10lb plate strapped around my waist.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;B)  I'm enjoying this phase of the program, which has me doing 6 sets of 5 reps. The weights are higher, so it's a better gauge of how high volume work influences low volume strength. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;C) DH and I went bouldering (indoor) for the first time. It's like rock climbing, but without the harness and there are mats at the bottom in case you fall. Besides requiring strength, agility and foresight, climbing really forces you to be in the moment. It's hard to think about something else when you're clinging to the wall for dear life, trying to figure out your next move.
