&#060;p&#062;Anyways... So far so good. Had a 60 carb breakfast and post prandial blood glucose is as good as it gets for me. Just ate lunch, a bit early (3 hours), but I think that passes.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Haha. Half a day down! My dog is fat tho... She's a low energy Fido. The only thing that makes her run is skunks. That's TOWARDS the skunks. I have to work on this too.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Good for you Shedev! I started law school in my early 30s. A friend asked if it wasn't difficult to start (at my age!) and I told her I was going to be 35 in three years and it could be 35 with a law degree or 35 with just the empty dream. She got my point.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Better week than I've had so far this year. Feeling better and finally reversed the weight gain. It's been warm and sunny here--no rain until next week--and I've been out pruning the roses and wisteria. It's so nice to be outside again.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Next week I expect to be even better.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I'm on weight watchers and have lost 4 kilos to date.  I haven't done any exercise for 2 days as I've been on my own with my son and I've been dropping him at school and going straight to work.  I have a chance tomorrow to get a walk in.  I've been to two bbqs and managed this weight watchers.  The online application is great because you can eat pretty much anything as long as you stick to your points. Planning is also my friend. I take healthy snecks to work so I'm not tempted to eat something unhealthy

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Shedev -Good work on the food and the applications (I know I'd be tempted to overeat when doing something stressful like that)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;GF - I'm in the same boat with the weight!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My cardio has taken a severe hit with a knee problem. I'm seeing what we call a physiotherapist (physio for short) and easing back into very gentle running/ walking. I'll try a short cycle tomorrow. Plus stretching and foam rolling.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Since we are in the middle of a heatwave I might not have done much anyway. I stop riding to work when maximums are over 35, and have hardly even walked the extra bit on the way to or home from&#038;nbsp;the bus&#038;nbsp; since it is is so hot.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;The PT at the gym suggested I keep a food diary.I'm&#060;br /&#062;
pretty embarrassed about how bad it is - you'd think that knowing he was&#060;br /&#062;
going to read it I'd be better but I think I was worse than usual!&#060;br /&#062;
 January is a bad month for us,&#038;nbsp; eating wise, with 2 family birthdays, fish and chips by the ocean, icecreams out etc!!

&#060;p&#062;Not much to report here. I had a few good workouts last week, went in yesterday, and will likely go in today. I'm hoping to go for an outdoor run this week, though, in order to lift my mood. Winter days and long underground commutes are a bad combination.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My weight is still higher than I'd like, and certain bottoms aren't fitting properly at the moment as a result. It's a bit discouraging, because it's already been several weeks since we returned from the vacation, and I was hoping to be back to normal. Oh well.&#060;/p&#062;
