				<description>&#060;p&#062;3 good runs and 2 weight workouts this week.  I've managed to avoid the flu running through our household, but am the main caregiver this week.  Made a big batch of homemade chicken soup.  Folks were happy with soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, and 'breakfast-for-supper' this week.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Signed up for what will be the most important race of the summer - 5 months from now.  Now I can plan the rest of my season...

&#060;p&#062;I had a quick workout Saturday night, Tuesday and hope to make it in today. My old gym relocated to a more inconvenient location, but on the bright side, the new place has TRX stations, stair climbers, and better ventilation. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I concluded my workout yesterday with 30min on the stair machine after after a nine-month hiatus. It was challenging, but I enjoyed being able to watch Netflix simultaneously. I was also able to do&#038;nbsp;two dead-hang pull-ups with a 10lb weight attached, and hope to work my way up to a 25lb plate.&#038;nbsp;

It has been a while but I'm still around lurking in the shadows. :)&#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;I've been working out as much as I can since I have a half marathon coming up in early March. &#038;nbsp;I'm still trying the strength training 3x a week and will keep at it even though the weight not want to come down. I'm still trying work on that through better eating habits. &#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Everything going better this last week. Exercise and finally dropped the pounds I gained during January. Waistlines aren't quite as tight. I just need to keep this up a few more weeks. Hooray for raspberries! And for the grocery stores that have them year-round, although they have been really good this last week or so.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;When I went to Weight Watchers I learned that 6 oz of raspberries didn't cost even one point because the fiber outweighed the calories. No sugar, no sweetener--we just munch them for dessert while we watch the evening's episode of Midsomer Murders. (We're up to where Tom Barnaby retired.)

&#060;p&#062;In last week's thread I mentioned that I was adding magnesium supplements to my lineup - well, I found out how much I can take before it affects my stomach. :/ Hopefully if I keep it at a low level my system will adjust eventually. Now I see why those magnesium lotions might be a good idea.
