				<description>&#060;p&#062;Last week was great, I went to the gym twice, dog walked at kennels (so at least 4 20 minute walks each visit) 5 days and spent a day decorating. This week however is not looking so good. I've got an ear infection so not feeling up to exercise, can't even face walking to work. Am also on antibiotics for the ear and I can't stop eating!! Today I had breakfast and lunch as normal then it went fast downhill from there. The girl I work with bought me in some Snaps &#060;a href=&#034;http://www.amazon.co.uk/Smiths-Snaps-Spicy-Tomato-Pack/dp/B004OW2CZG&#034; rel=&#034;nofollow&#034;&#062;http://www.amazon.co.uk/Smiths.....B004OW2CZG&#060;/a&#062; because she knows I love them and aren't feeling well, so I polished them off during my break plus a piece of fruit cake from the charity cake box in the staff room, then an apple. Got home and ate my tea followed by a cream eclair and a bag of crisps!! And I'm just contemplating some weetabix if I can drag myself out of bed!! X

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I've finally hit my groove with eating I think - at first reducing it to a reasonable amount was hard. &#038;nbsp;Then I went overboard and sent my body in to starvation mode. &#038;nbsp;Now I think I've hit my pace, and am steadily losing. &#038;nbsp;12 pounds left of the original 27 I'd like to lose (I'm 15 pounds down from Jan 1).&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm starting to add strength training in to my day, and still aiming for a half hour of actual &#034;exercise&#034;. &#038;nbsp;But playing with the idea of sneaking in strength more slyly. &#038;nbsp;This week I'm trying out the idea of doing 15 push ups on the bathroom sink every time I use the restroom. &#038;nbsp;So far, I'm only remembering 50% of the time, but it's still more push ups than I used to do in a given day, so it's a partial win.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Other than breaking my ankle on my third day of skiing, last week was great! LOL&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Today I had a session with Trainer Dave and since I won't be able to do the group exercise classes for the next six weeks, and tap class is also off the table, I'll be doing three sessions a week with Trainer Dave until Das Boot comes off. Hopefully that will keep me from going totally to pot while I heal up. And I'll need to keep a close eye on my eating to make up for the reduced activity.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I am continuing to do well with my Yoga practice.&#038;nbsp; I am going 6 times a week.&#038;nbsp; Love the studio near where we are staying in Florida.&#038;nbsp; Not walking enough though because doggie does not want to walk here.&#038;nbsp; Have to figure something out.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Eating is fine.&#038;nbsp; So much easier to eat fresh fruit and vegetables here than in the frozen north.&#038;nbsp; &#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Not such a great week results wise for me&#038;nbsp; either, after a big starting loss last week - in fact I am up nearly a pound.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have a few lapses from my no dairy and sugar, but overall intake is pretty low.&#038;nbsp;I am looking forward to eating dairy again after this self imposed month is up - I haven't felt any better for cutting it out and I miss it.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have decided I need to cut out rice cakes and snacks.&#038;nbsp; I have also learnt that I am inclined to eat worse lunches on my (very busy) MOTG days than when I pack them for work.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Excercise wise I acheived my goals - one spin class, 3 jog/walk sessions and a pump class. Plus a bonus half of a body balance class. I think I am getting less tired from the increased exercise..

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I did moderately well on eating healthy and swam several times. I'm feeling good but hope to get more swimming in. Winter storm put a damper on things. I think I can make even more progress on healthier eating -- but again, I'm feeling good about maintaining. Weight is steady. I thought swimming 4-5 days a&#038;nbsp;week since Jan 7 (except for 1 week) that I would have shed a few pounds...but not the case. A little bummed but okay with it.

&#060;p&#062;I am progressing well.&#038;nbsp; Still no commitment to walk as the weather is so awful here (hot, humid) but food going really well.&#038;nbsp;Down approx. 6 kg now and starting to see and feel&#038;nbsp;the difference.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Busy time with MIL not the best, DS about to go on school camp (im going too) so trying to make sure I am looking after myself too.&#060;/p&#062;
