				<description>&#060;p&#062;I'm up this morning after overdoing it on carbs and sugar this weekend. &#038;nbsp;Trying not to beat myself up, and hoping my weight goes back down quickly. &#038;nbsp;This is the last week of the melt down challenge I've been doing - and I had lost the weight necessary, but this morning was above the weight I need to hit to &#034;win&#034;. &#038;nbsp;Still six days to lose that pound I gained though (and really hoping it was just water weight).&#060;br /&#062;I think my eating habits are reasonably healthy for continued weight loss - I hope so, because before my Sunday weight gain, I hit my half-way goal.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;2 runs, 1 swim, 1 bike.  My lunch hour workouts got set aside for pressing tasks I could not ignore, then I compounded things by making excuses about going out to the gym in the pm (too cold, etc.)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;A couple of evenings were dedicated to self care and pampering, however.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Slowly moving towards my goal to get back to where I was pre-holiday and cruise. Slow and steady is working. I did look back to last year and I am nearly ten pounds lower than I was then--a ten pounds I won't have to lose again this year.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Last week I looked at my knees so this week I checked my upper arms and while I have no visible muscles, (mostly ectomorph) I do see firmness and I feel the strength. If only exercise would firm up the skin as well. I started around 18 months ago when I began physical therapy for an ab injury. I'm proud to say I've kept at it and not only do I see a difference, but I feel so much stronger.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Next two weeks: just do it! No more holidays for a while to justify eating and drinking too much.&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I did Yoga everyday this past week.&#038;nbsp; I am loving the studio in Florida.&#038;nbsp; The teachers are all excellent.&#038;nbsp; I am walking less than I would be at home because my dear doggie does not like the ocean and she is not as enthusiastic about going for long walks here.&#038;nbsp; I think she finds the sun too intense.&#038;nbsp; I am feeling good physically.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;After a week of&#038;nbsp; cutting out most&#038;nbsp;sugar and dairy, I am down about 3 pounds. The top level of my (personal comfortable) &#034;range&#034; is looking pretty close.&#060;br /&#062;I am now used to drinking my tea black and going to bed without my cup of hot milk. I hope to keep up those 2 habits even when I reintroduce dairy.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I did have a couple of hungry days - need to work out how to compensate for what I am not eating in a way that doesn't use the same calories.&#038;nbsp; Dh said he had some chocolate for me on Valentines day but he'd give it to me when the month was over!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I did 3 run/walks&#038;nbsp;and a pump class and tried to take the long walk to and from the bus whenever possible.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Shedev - well done on stretching&#060;br /&#062;Louise - sorry to hear about the end of term stress&#060;br /&#062;Kiwigal - congrats on the inches lost&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I was traveling last week and working until the early hours of the morning. No exercise. I started swimming 4-5 days a week since January 7 so this was the first week that I missed. Trying to cut myself some slack and I swam today. I know I just need to keep swimming and be more conscious of portions but I wish I could see results faster. Slow and steady -- fingers crossed anyway. Thank you for this post. I'm new to posting in this area.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have lost inches (don't weigh so unsure of amount) since December and my clothes are fitting better in the waist, my bras are more comfortable and my thighs and upper arms&#038;nbsp;are slimmer. &#038;nbsp;So I am feeling very positive.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have been eating well and exercising regularly. &#038;nbsp;I did slip yesterday and was greedy with chocolate which is a habit I had broken...so I need to be stronger again. &#038;nbsp;I have stopped eating cereal for breakfast except for days I made my own Bircher Muesli...and trying to eat more protein then. &#038;nbsp;I have also stopped after dinner snacking.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My next goal is to cut down on cheese and replace with lower fat options. &#038;nbsp;I will still eat cheese but not as much.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Valentines day was fab, doggy walking and snuggles in the afternoon and curry in the evening with my best mate. Hope you had a good one.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My gym visits totalled 0 this week! End of half term stress headaches meant all I was good for was dinner, pjs and tv each night. However I went greyhound walking Saturday and Sunday as they were short of volunteers. I lost count at 6 walks today!! X
