				<description>&#060;p&#062;I just found this off topic part of the forum. I have joined weightwatchers since first starting to post again a month ago and have lost 4 kilos. I've got 11 to go.  It's not hard until I go to a party or BBQ...mainly eating lots of fruit and veges.  I live next to a park and try to do two laps a day which is about 5 -6 kms.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I'm up to 4 to 5 times of yoga a week. 75 minute classes. LOVE it. Great classes with a ballerina too. Tough. SOOO good for my arms and wrists. Excellent for my head and heart.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;We eat very well at the Cox Castle because nutrition, cooking, grocery shopping and food are a great passion of mine. The only time we are not as nutritious as I like to be is when we go on holiday, and in Dec when the stollen takes over.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Two weeks post-vacation and I still can't hide the evidence of all the delicious yummies I consumed. Truffle pasta, so worth it.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm now back to my regularly scheduled workouts, having changed programs. Rather than focusing on heavy singles, I now do high-volume workouts, and more assistance work. It's tiring, but more gratifying.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Yesterday's workout involved:&#060;br /&#062;10 triples of deadlifts @ 185, 60sec rest;&#060;br /&#062;Squat triples @ 115lb, 135lb, 150lb;&#060;br /&#062;3 Breathing squat triples @ 115lb (you exhale and inhale slowly at the bottom of the squat);&#060;br /&#062;3 Sets of 15 Romanian deadlifts at 145lbs;&#060;br /&#062;3 Sets of 10 leg presses @ 180lbs;&#060;br /&#062;and 3 pull-ups.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Not so good here. Got a new workout programme at the gym, which is good - pretty cut back with less weight and more concentration on getting form right, Have done once with the PT and did a bit on my own today. Walked 5km parkrun on sat with my daughters.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am going to go to a physio on Thurs and hope that they'll give me the ok to start cycling to work and running again (I've had a knee issue)&#038;nbsp; I feel like I've been doing vastly less exercise lately - but am still feeling pretty tired. Have put myself back on iron tablets.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;The PT also suggested I keep a food diary for 2 weeks and he'd look at it. You'd think that would restrain me but sadly I've had a terrible time with overeating, PMT eating, stress&#038;nbsp;eating,&#038;nbsp;I want-to-bake eating etc etc!! Not surprisingly my weight is up a bit.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Hopeful for better things soon.&#060;/p&#062;
