				<description>&#060;p&#062;We were in Montreal for 2 weeks.&#038;nbsp; Five minute walk to Hot Yoga and lots of great walks.&#038;nbsp; I went to yoga almost daily and walked daily.&#038;nbsp; For some reason my migranes flared up.&#038;nbsp; I have started Myfitnesspal online.&#038;nbsp; My sister told me about it.&#038;nbsp; &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I hope to continue to do Yoga daily and walk dog.&#038;nbsp; We aren't going to any holiday dinners until the 25th and then 28th.&#038;nbsp; Try to keep it simple.&#038;nbsp; Next year we want to escape.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;4 runs, one swim, and an outdoor 30km bike ride!  Had a breakthrough on the treadmill, when I managed a 5km continuous run after 2 1/2 months run/walk. Then the glorious weekend ride!  It was 5degC, sunny, no wind.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My sleep hygiene plans fell through this week though.  First couple of days okay, but very restless week.  Don't know if it was the full moon or a hormonal thing.  I skipped a period (second time this year) and then cycled with a vengeance.  Mad food cravings, back spasms, night sweats.  Ugh!

&#060;p&#062;Ms. Maven- LOL about the Halloween candy. I have an advantage in having to be gluten free in some ways. The food at my nephews birthday party was pizza and cake. My sister asked me if I ate before I came. I hadn't, but I didn't stay long enough to need to eat. I've been to many family celebrations where all I could eat was either salad or fruit. Sometimes I lose a pound or two. My main dilemma is that I'd really like to tone up what I've got. I'm off to look up workout plans.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;It isn't that cold here, but I've been hungrier than usual and because of rain I haven't been outside moving around much. I decided to banish sugar for the next two weeks, and then I found some Halloween candy that had slipped out of the bag onto the floor of a closet. I have to report that it wasn't stale!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;The remaining weeks of this year will be a challenge for all of it. Just think how happy we will be if we can get through it and still fit into our clothes on Jan 2? I keep thinking about how wonderful it would be. So, prudent healthy eating and start moving around more than I have.&#060;/p&#062;

The wedding outfit is complete, and I'm down to the last couple Christmas presents. Food wasn't bad. I'm up a lb, but it's probably just normal fluctuation.&#060;/p&#062;
