				<description>&#060;p&#062;Not sure if I am late for this post, or too early for the next...6 days/7 for workouts.  DS #2 (and trainer) is insisting that I keep an exercise log.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;18-24Jan - 2 bikes, 1 run, 2 weight routine, 1 yoga.&#060;br /&#062;
25-31Jan - 2 bikes, 1 run, 2 yoga, 2 weights (1 double-up day)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Weight training and yoga days always start with a 1 mile run for warm-up, but I don't count them as a separate workout unit.  I have been working out in the pm, but not getting in my noon hour runs due to work demands (working through lunch, eating at the desk).  Hope to rectify that this week, along with getting in a swim.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Weight and food all good.  Wine on Sat and Sun only.  Caffeine &#060;a href=&#034;http://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/winter-crops-sweater-high-shaft-booties-and-jacket&#034; rel=&#034;nofollow&#034;&#062;http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....and-jacket&#060;/a&#062; cups per day.  Have managed 2 Epsom salt soaks (magnesium anyone?) each week.  Keep forgetting the multivitamins, though.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Trying to get the hang of insulin injections and eating three meals a day with no snacks rather than three small low carb meals and three 15 carb snacks.&#038;nbsp; I am starving by the time of the next meal and hope an appt. this week with the dietician will help.&#038;nbsp; What I am struggling with also is the exercise factor.&#038;nbsp;It&#038;nbsp;usually lowers blood glucose, so I have to exercise after eating, but sometimes my numbers are too low to give insulin before the meal.&#038;nbsp; This is complicated and I'm not used to being so regimented.&#038;nbsp; Weight has stayed about the same so far, so that is good.&#038;nbsp; I've definitely been eating less.&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had a busy and stressful weak that culminated with having a cold for a couple of days.  All this meant I didn't really work out (aside from normal walking for the commute, and a random plank here and there) for about a week. Food was ok though.  I finally did some cardio today and I have to say I feel so much better!  I need to remember that when I don't do some cardio at least a couple of times a week, I start sleeping really badly.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I finally got serious last week. My trainer challenged me to do 75 boot camp classes this year in addition to my twice-weekly sessions with him, and I accepted the challenge. I was way behind already so I did three boot camps last week in addition to a trainer session and a long 20-plus-mile bike ride. So I'm a little beat up but happy to be back on track.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;In food news, Gentleman Friend and I both logged on to My Fitness Pal this morning and will be charting our weight and food intake (privately, not sharing with each other) because we both want to take off some pounds before our upcoming trips to Asia and Italy later in the year. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;So... onward!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have had a pretty good week.&#038;nbsp; I did Yoga 5 days out of 7.&#038;nbsp; There are some very good Yoga teachers at the Yoga studio in St. Augustine.&#038;nbsp; One of them is very challenging and I really look forward to her class.&#038;nbsp; DH and I joke that she has a tiny little voice and she sneaks difficult poses up on you like they are nothing.&#038;nbsp; I certainly feel energized after her classes.
