				<description>&#060;p&#062;I'll be honest and say that I'm writing this with a bit of a hangover. Not so healthy but fun! Since August I've lost a few pounds (much needed) and would like to continue on a losing streak in 2016. Like Xtaybay, I'd like to lose it slowly. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Today I think I'll try Diana's 30-day plank challenge again. I'd also like to resolve to make walking a daily rather than a weekly activity.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Came down with DH's cold right after Christmas. Monday we were on one flight home from Chicago, boarded and deplaned tice before flight cancelled. Second evening flight canceled.. We are staying here until tomorrow. Luggage went to California though, so it's been an adventure. Most flights were cancelled both incoming and outgoing. Chaos at O'Hare.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Trying to choose healthier food. Only exercise is shopping for replacement items at Target. I'm impressed at the quality for the low price.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Started the holidays with a cold, and it lasted the week.  Not severe enough to wreck the festivities, but enough to,put me off workouts.  Since I couldn't taste food much, didn't over do it there.  Wine was good, as were hot toddies!  Maybe a little too good!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Back in the gym this week, but have to work around the holiday schedule.  Snow followed by freezing rain, has made any out of doors activities treacherous.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Go for it &#060;b&#062;Xtabay&#060;/b&#062; and &#060;b&#062;Shedev.&#060;/b&#062;&#060;br /&#062;Like Xtabay I should have switched my brain back to healthy eating, and hopefully today is the day. I had 5 days in a row off, which was wonderful, but I have very little self control over eating when I'm at home, and yesterday, when I finally did the far-to-long procrastinated task of cleaning out my accumulated paperwork was particularly heavy on rewarding myself with food treats! My weight isn't too bad though, and I'm hoping going to work today and tomorrow will help (like&#060;b&#062; Shedev&#060;/b&#062;, I eat gluten free, so most of the free food at work is off limits to me)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I had grand plans of doing lots of running on my break, particularly since&#038;nbsp;my &#038;nbsp;gym in closed. I managed 2 weights workouts and a spin class last week while still working, but have done little since. A run with DD7 was more like a walk, and I did have a leisurely bike ride with DD9. My left leg was rather sore so I was giving it a break, and also chose to sleep in when I could. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;In our very hot weather, if you don't exercise first thing in the morning, it just isn't going to happen, and as I often wake up much earlier than I want to, the days I do sleep in are precious.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I did my duty as far as Christmas feasting, but now my brain has switched over to the &#034;healthy&#034; setting.&#038;nbsp; I feel like I don't want to see anything sugary for another year!&#038;nbsp; My goal for the year ahead is to increase my current exercise activities to 300 minutes a week from 150.&#038;nbsp; I'd like to lose 10 pounds over the course of the year.&#038;nbsp; It seems to last longer if I do it gradually.&#038;nbsp; I feel like that 10 lbs. is all in my tummy area!&#038;nbsp; I've been calling it my food baby.&#060;/p&#062;
