				<description>&#060;p&#062;Six-day trip for holidays. Lots of good, wintery and holiday home-made food, plus funny hours and eating out at good restaurants. And no time or place to exercise.&#038;nbsp;Good news is I gained just a few pounds, but this is on top of T-Day and party gains. I did come down with a cold--I'm especially vulnerable to viruses during winter travel.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;After time spent on the floor with young grandkids and having a terrible getting back up, I realize I need to go back to yoga and work on that as well as strength training.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Ugh. I've gained weight this holiday season, no doubt. I am not loving it at all. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Looking forward to getting a bit more time for myself to get back on a better running/cycling schedule, and get my eating under control. Stress isn't helping. I'll get back in shape this spring, if not before, training for some bike adventures.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Heh! Heh! Not so bad week nutrition wise, but certainly not the best!  I decided that if I was going to 'indulge' I wouldn't feel compelled to eat good food first - cut to the chase, breakfast today was chocolate birthday cake!  (DS#2 was a Christmas baby (the 27th).). This was our only 'desert' during the holidays, though I did put out a plate of cookies, chocolate, and nuts each night for folks who felt in need of a treat.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Getting lots of rest and sleeping in.  Walks for fresh air, but nothing too vigorous.  I'm enjoying the week off from work, and from the usual routine.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;The race event schedules are coming out and I'm making my plans for the summer.  Usually one event per month May through October.
