				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have been doing the regular Yoga practice.&#038;nbsp; That is usually 5 to 7 times a week.&#038;nbsp; I am now doing a Core Challenge for the month of November.&#038;nbsp; This is 100 push ups, 100 crunches and 100 squats every day.&#038;nbsp; Then every week another exercise is added.&#038;nbsp; Last week it was a plank.&#038;nbsp; This week it is a down dog to plank thingy.&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I also find that vacation weight drops quickly as long as I get right back to the regular routine. I've dropped the pounds I gained at the last wedding, but this has been a so-so week. I've been much hungrier than usual. The weather has changed, and the time, so that may be part of it. I got in my regular exercises. The next few weeks are going to be busy though, so it is important to try and stay on track.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I resolve to get my flu shot before the week is over. I know they give them at drug stores, but this makes me uncomfortable.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;All meals out and tropical drinks sounds like a fun way to put on weight if you have to do it :-).&#038;nbsp; As was eating the gluten free brownies and other treats&#038;nbsp;I made for the party we had on Saturday night! So my weight is up too, though coming down, as I hope yours does too.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Sally - sounds like a lovely active, sunny week!.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My exercise was cut down by the bike accident I had last week - bike is still in the bike shop so no cycling to work, and my shin is still bruised so I haven't been running.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062; I did manage 2 weights sessions in the gym with the PT who is showing me my new program. I had another yesterday and 2 more this week. My form is pretty bad on the leg exercises so he is scheduling extra sessions to get it right so I don't injure myself, which I appreciate.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;And he says I'll be fine to do spin today.

&#060;p&#062;Yes a sound week here - three gym sessions (all very hard) and a two hour fast bike ride with three 10 year olds...that did not understand &#034;it is not a race&#034;......Also quite a lot of gardening and running around and walking in general. &#038;nbsp;It has been a glorious week of weather which makes it easy to be active and eat salads:)

With tropical drinks. I had a great time and vacation weight usually comes off fast once you get back home.&#060;/p&#062;
