				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had a good week last week.&#038;nbsp; Made it to the gym four times (three trainer sessions and a boot camp class), plus did a nice hike on Saturday that involved climbing hundreds of stairs.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Food was decent, too.&#038;nbsp; I actually managed to drop a pound or two so I'm sitting just below the top of my weight range.&#038;nbsp; Hopefully the trend will continue.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This week I'm shooting for two trainer sessions and two boot camp classes.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Okay week.  I added in an extra long walk and bike ride.  Eating was mostly good except for some chocolate!!  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;It is now feeling more spring like here with warm temperatures and long days.  Spent most of the weekend painting a new deck so that was also good exercise!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have 2 weeks until my half marathon and I've been slumping, tapering, whatever, even though I should be doing that next week. &#038;nbsp;I'm in hibernation mode ever since the temperatures have cooled down. &#038;nbsp;Ugh, I hate Winter. &#038;nbsp;Anyway, I plan on hitting the gym today, long run tomorrow, class on wednesday, run on Thursday and Friday. This is the plan so far. Wish me luck. &#038;nbsp;Oh, and my eating habits are horrible right now.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Was on the treadmill yesterday for the first time in awhile--- it went well but may have caused the flair in chronic illness symptoms yesterday, but I've also been having problems with symptoms at lower levels for weeks. A side effect of increased job stress and the change of seasons --- I'm working in a totally windowless office 9 hours a day and currently we don't have enough AM light to get a road run in and still make it to work, but it is dark when I leave. No sunlight (heck even limited sunlight as it is still warm enough here for outdoor lunch most days) is KILLING me. The SO is on a healthy eating kick, which helps. There is a bowl of halloween candy on his table, but it isn't even appealing at this point (although I dove in last week). I'm trying to substitute tea for soda when I'm feeling crummy (caffiene helps with my symptoms).

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Coming off a 10 day nasty cold and the stomach flu - so did not get any workouts in last week at all until Friday - and wow, did I ever feel weak during that workout! &#038;nbsp;In fact, my cold (mainly congestion) got worse again after my workout, so I skipped working out yesterday and today - hoping that I can go full-force starting tomorrow. &#038;nbsp;I was able to continue to eat pretty well - but did clean up the Halloween stash leftovers, so got a heavy dose of sugar along with the healthy fruits and veggies! &#038;nbsp;I have one more week of my Game-Changer Challenge and in addition to doing much better with my exercise and diet routine, I have made some great new friends - which is super helpful on those days when I struggle getting my butt to the gym!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Is it Sunday already? I focused on eating my veggies and portion sizes this&#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp;week. Only&#038;nbsp;gained 1 lb from indulging in leftover Halloween candy (and I ate a lot of it) We have 3 bags left but we decided not to open them for awhile. We're a little burned out on candy. I bought a lot of fruit for the next week. Exercise is holding steady.
