				<description>&#060;p&#062;I've had to take it easy for a couple of weeks after overdoing some painting that caused radiating arm pain on both sides - yikes!&#038;nbsp; Had to take a break from doing weights. Anyway, it's slooowly getting better. I have been able to do some hikes and eating is always pretty healthy for me so no big changes there.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had a very busy week last week and didn't have much time to get to the grocery store for fresh fruits and veggies, which I normally snack on. I did get through it and everything should calm down now.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;So I maintained a little higher than my goal, and I didn't get much exercise, but again, this week everything will change. Also, I haven't had much time for YLF--and that makes it harder to keep my motivation.&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had a pretty good week although I felt really weak once I was finally able to work out again! &#038;nbsp;But, oh well . . . not going to stress about that! &#038;nbsp;I'm just thankful that I can exercise. &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;So - I made it to boot camp for 5 sessions and really pushed it.&#038;nbsp; I carried around with me during the class a 10 pound weight and wow - did that ever make a difference! &#038;nbsp;&#060;br /&#062;Tomorrow (Monday) will mark the last day of the 6-Week Game Changer Challenge that I've been participating in. &#038;nbsp;I've gotten so much out of it - and have even enjoyed cooking meals and learning new recipes! &#038;nbsp;Hope to keep it up even though it ends tomorrow!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I can't get my digestion situation sorted out and it is really messing with my energy, comfort, and even how clothes fit.&#038;nbsp; I ran last monday, but have been up and down with my body not digesting food all week. I promised the SO that I'd start doing more cardio because he is concerned about my symptoms, but I'm without gym access this week. I'm hoping to take a walk tomorrow, and maybe sneak a run in on Wed. morning.

&#060;p&#062;I had an okay week.&#038;nbsp; Only one trainer session but I did a boot camp class and half a sweaty hour on the stationary bike, plus I have been running around like a madwoman lifting furniture and doing DIY projects, and somehow I managed to drop a couple of pounds myself.&#038;nbsp; So I'll take it!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Now if I were really wanting to be healthy I would toss the leftover English trifle I made for last night's dinner party (nine egg yolks, three pints of heavy cream) instead of eating it like I did for lunch today...

Exercise was average, I seem to be in a funk that I can't get out of. True winter has hit Cleveland, and I'm trying to adjust. We had our first snow warnings of the year this week.
