				<description>&#060;p&#062;That drinking water app. seems cool Adelfa-- do you mind sharing the name? I don't have a smartphone but am considering the move and find (partially because of inattention and partially because my nuero stuff keeps my body from telling me I'm thirsty) that I can go way to long without water and then have a hard time getting rebalanced. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I went for my first run in a while on Monday-- run itself was good but the recovery (because of nuero stuff) was awful. Hoping to do more cardio tomorrow, then moving and cleaning over the weekend!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I'm trying hard to drink more water using a drink-water app. If I'm busy or stressed I can go all day drinking only a glass or two. I don't drink soda or anything, I just don't drink. The app is helping quite a bit.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;My back is finally feeling almost back to normal. I've been stretching and doing planks and I got a new chair at work. Haven't gone for a run in two weeks but I'm off on Thursday so might try to squeeze in a quick run in the am or maybe a light kettle bell session. We'll see. Hoping that I can get back on schedule next week. Hope everyone has a good week!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Sounds like I'm not the only one struggling with sleep!&#038;nbsp; In my case, it's the getting up before dawn to see the kids off to school.&#038;nbsp; Honestly, between that and giving homework helps, I found it easier to sleep well when I was actually homeschooling them!&#038;nbsp; We got up when the schoolbus passed our door!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm loving my fitbit, and trying to both do vigorous walking/hiking and some circuit work at home.&#038;nbsp; As for eating, I'm focusing mostly on bite it/write it!, using myfitnesspal.&#038;nbsp; I'm focusing on being mindful and making better decisions.&#038;nbsp; In a couple of weeks, I make cut the calorie count by a couple of hundred.&#038;nbsp; &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Carter:&#038;nbsp; classes sound wonderful!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Ms.M:&#038;nbsp; Stiff necks are part of the modern age.&#038;nbsp; I try to do my posture, stretching and foam roller work while watching Doctor Who with my DS.&#038;nbsp; I don't want to be stiff as a Dalek!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Like Shedev, sleep has been my HEWI lately. Terminally ill estranged mother and spoiled brat brother are not helping;-).&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Anyway, after a groin strain early last month, I've been grounded for a few weeks. Extremely frustrating! Starting to get back to some moderate walking this week. Also, I am thrilled that I finally found a fitness studio that I am loving. I did 5 classes last week and will do 5 again this week. I've tried and enjoyed 2 yoga classes, an upper body strength class (doing another tomorrow), a lower body strength class, and a flex/core class. It's a new studio, so in those 5 classes, only 2 have had one other participant. It's basically personal training. In addtion to upper body strength, I'll do a yoga class, a lower body strength class, a cardio/core class and a flex/core class.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;On the diet front, I always eat well, but I have been eating *more* lately. I need to remember that more of a good thing is not better;-)

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Fairly good week. The wedding weight dropped quickly this time. Slow to get back into exercising. Shedev, a good night's sleep is an important goal for me as well.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I had to get my driver's license renewed today: vision test passed, written 100%. I began reading the booklet for senior drivers, which reminded me that I've been getting a stiff neck again. I don't have to take the drive test, but I do realize I have stiff neck when I turn to my right side for changing lanes. I'm sure this results from bad computer posture, made worse by the cat napping on my lap.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;So with everything else okay, I'm going to work on posture exercises, awareness--don't let that head droop forward--and stretching. I was working on posture earlier this year, then stopped thinking about it.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Wine walk sounds like fun, and this is certainly the season for it in the SF Bay area. Resist!&#038;nbsp;

&#060;p&#062;Food and exercise were ok, both could be better. I think some bad choices go hand in hand with overtired.&#060;/p&#062;
