				<description>&#060;p&#062;I was supposed to weigh in today but I chickened out. I was pretty good in terms of exercising and food was okay last week. I may weigh in tomorrow if I don't feel so bloated.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I still need to get more veggies in and there's only so much salad and baby carrots I can do. Fruit is pretty easy for me. I'll need to up the protein intake too.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Exercise for the week: the usual 3 days of weight training, 2 or 3 days of running, 5 days of bicycling to and from work.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My 2 NSV (non-scale victories): held a plank for over 1 minute, 20 seconds; and, did 20 regular man-style pushups, no knees.  woo hoo!! &#060;/p&#062;

How else am I going to get those weeds out? I expect this will be a good week, and I should be able to stay on track.

&#060;p&#062;Una, exercise is so much easier when it is fun and outdoors. &#038;nbsp;It sounds like you really take advantage of the beauty of your environment.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I wore my fitbit for the first time in ages last week and have been pretty good at hitting my 10K steps. &#038;nbsp;I did a few short runs in the last two weeks and have been golfing once a week. &#038;nbsp;It isn't much but far more than I had been doing.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I started the whole 30 program on Saturday morning and so far so good. &#038;nbsp;The authors warn that many people feel &#034;hungover&#034; on days 2-3 but so far so good. &#038;nbsp;I did try to segue into it by reducing sugar and dairy for the week leading up to the start date and have been experimenting with recipes. &#038;nbsp;I am not getting too confident because I may just be a day or two behind the normal reactions. &#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Have been paying a lot more attention this week to not eating more than my body wants at one time. There were only one or two meals at which I continued eating after I was full - otherwise, I chose small amounts of food and only those foods I wanted.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Two long exercise sessions  - one walk + time with hfree weights and one lovely yoga practice  - and a few shorter walks.Your reply
