&#060;p&#062;I was out of town this weekend so didn't get much exercise in except maybe lots of walking, plus not eating as much. &#038;nbsp;I've given myself a goal to lose about 5-8 lbs. by the end &#038;nbsp;of July to get ready for a family reunion in early August. I'll need all your support I can get.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm tracking everything I eat, plus planning my meals early on for the week. &#038;nbsp;Goals are to increase water intake, stay within my daily calories, and keep on strength training with some cardio thrown in. Wish me luck.&#038;nbsp;

Admittedly it was pretty flat, but something is better than nothing.&#060;br /&#062;This morning I went to the gym, for the first time in months. I'm very deconditioned. But gotta restart somewhere.&#060;br /&#062;Not happy with my weight or clothing size at all. I'm down about a pound from almost two months ago, but would that even count as meager progress.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Gosh!  Rough week, Shedev.  Amazing that you did anything...what with the stressors and all...&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Post race (last weekend) I took a couple of days off.  Can't rest on my laurels though, with another event in 3 weeks - so, got in 3 runs, 1bike, 1 swim, 1 yoga.  Nutrition was good.  Sleep was very interrupted, but I don't know why since I was off wine all week, and made an effort to not have coffee after 12 noon.

&#060;p&#062;My weight is the same and I've managed to keep up with my daily runs. I ran a timed mile last week and saw an improvement from 8 minutes to 7:48. Still not where I want to be but at least moving in the right direction. Hoping to see a weight loss one of these days but happy that I'm not gaining. Hope everyone has a good week!

&#060;p&#062;I'm doing well, actually back down to where i was in March. Life provides unexpected moments--DH had surgery for hernia Thursday, was great yesterday--I don't think the pain killers had worn off yet. Today he is miserable. By comparison to him I feel great, but I'm afraid we will have to cancel a trip next week.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Due to stress I haven't been exercising. I really need to get back on schedule. I haven't had to deal with the hunger of the last few weeks though. I've been very careful at lunch and have been good at food diary.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Another Save the Date announcement. I have three weddings coming up. Nothing like an occasion to inspire to keep on track.&#038;nbsp;

&#060;p&#062;Exercise good with six sessions.  No sugary drinks consumed.  Protein intake also good.  Did snack on cheese and also did eat cake during the week once for an early birthday cake made for me.  I am definitely holding onto weight around my middle.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I've had a really crazy week. On Tuesday Hedev was injured at work, cut halfway thru his index finger. He's healing ok.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My computer was hacked and my files were held for ransom. I did not pay. I lost all my outfit pictures. We wiped my hard drive and reinstalled windows. They never gave me start up discs with this computer and we had some difficulty finding drivers for some of my functions.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Got in 2 runs, 2 gym. Down 1lb from last week.&#060;/p&#062;
