				<description>&#060;p&#062;I continue to practice Yoga 5 to 7 times a week.&#038;nbsp; I can feel myself getting stronger.&#038;nbsp; I can do a side plank now and other things that a few years ago I would have never attempted.&#038;nbsp; I was in a MVA a few years ago and my upper body is recovering at a rate that sometimes frustrates me.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I do need to increase my walking.&#038;nbsp; I can't run do to injuries so walking is it.&#038;nbsp; My weight has remained stable.&#038;nbsp; I would like to drop 5 pounds by Sept. when my birthday comes around.&#038;nbsp; Just because.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hi all. It has been a while since I posted hearing. I'm a bit frustrated since I haven't really lost any weight while strength training the past 8 weeks.&#038;nbsp; I really need to re-evaluate my eating habits especially since work has been quite slow and I tend to snack on those slow times.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My workouts consist of strength training, M, W, F and bicycling to and from work, with an occasional run on Saturdays. I do miss the cardio so may have to change up the routine a bit.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I found a 5 day program that is supposed to increase your score on the army's fitness test. The training fits in really well with my schedule. I'll still look up high intensity training.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I am particularly proud of DD7 who did a 5km park run with me on Sat in 31:40 (that included&#038;nbsp;quite a few walks but she certainly runs fast when she runs!)&#038;nbsp; I did a 7.5km race the next day by myself.&#060;br /&#062;Food not great and weight is up a bit. The cold for Australia weather is here and that means short days and big appetites!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I managed to finally move the scale in the right direction. Haven't been too active this week. DH is sick and will have surgery this coming week, and we hope this will eventually be the solution to his ongoing problems. It is stressful, though, and it brings back many negative memories of past surgeries and numerous trips to the ER.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I was doing better with yoga but the trip to Chicago a week ago got me out of my routine. This turns out to be a more distressing time than I had imagined.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;And, after one sunny day, Gray May is back. I find that gray, overcast days really sap my energy. My challenge is to rise to the occasion and get moving.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Ran a 10K on Saturday, and was happy with my time of 1 hr 13 min 02 sec.  I met a personal goal of doing it as a continuous run vs a run/walk.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Nutrition was very good this week.  No wine, due in part because I was on meds subsequent to a root canal procedure earlier in the week, and alcohol was contraindicated.  Gastro was good all week.  Sleep was ok - only got up once each night (instead of usual 3 wakings) and since I had the week off, I slept in till natural waking around 9:30 am.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I am not going to write down all my goals because I did not achieve all of them.&#060;br /&#062;- I did eat more protein at lunch and breakfast&#060;br /&#062;- I did avoid sugary drinks&#060;br /&#062;- I only managed 4 out of 5 exercise sessions due to an infection for three days.&#060;br /&#062;- I did eat chocolate during the week and snacked on cheese&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am sticking to the goals and hope to steadily improve.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am feeling bloated at the moment so just wondering what is causing that. &#038;nbsp;Everything gets uncomfortable at the waist by the afternoon, when it fits perfectly in the morning.&#060;/p&#062;
