				<description>&#060;p&#062;I've gotten in my 2 runs, but missed a lap swim.  I am also doing my push ups/sit ups ladder challenge.  Done 2 out of 3 days of them so far.&#060;br /&#062;
But I am soooo tired this week.  Like running an extra min per mile pace and struggling with push ups, to the point I have to do knee push ups.  Up a pound and a half, too.  I swear, with all the pregnancy talk around here it has me worried!  Knock wood I am on oral contraceptives.  But man, I'd like to shake the tiredness.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Thanks for keeping this current, Dianthus!  I commend you on your activities and I love the variety of them.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I've been taking neighborhood and beach walks and doing abs and floor work.  You've reminded me to use up my five remaining Pure Barre classes I paid for and I'll get to that pronto.  Eating is usually pretty good, although I do enjoy dessert with dinner, several times a week.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My goal will be to take a Pure Barre class next week and also get on the bike.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Hi there. I'm glad you started since I'll be away this Saturday.  My week usually starts on Saturdays. I did NO exercise Saturday or Sunday or Monday. However, I ran 6 miles yesterday, and will take a High Intensity Interval class today and ride my bike.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My plan is to run tomorrow morning before we leave for NYC for the  weekend.  We'll be walking all over the city this weekend and plan to do a 55 mile bike tour on Sunday so more calories burned!!  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My eating habits have been out of control due to some personal stresses and have gained a few pounds so I MUST take control of that ASAP. &#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I partied too much over the holiday weekend but picked myself back up and went running yesterday morning.  I plan to alternate runs (Mon and Fri) and a swim (Wed) with some strength training (Tue, Thur, Sat).  I got in 2 runs and a swim last week, so this week is just adding the strength component.&#060;br /&#062;
The biggie for me is still wine.  I do well with overall calories for the most part.  I have cut back my coffee from the 4 cup line on the pot to 3 cups (which equals one tall mugful).  Now to cut back the wine to 8 or 9 oz instead of 12 or 15 with dinner!&#060;br /&#062;
I do chart my weight on a spreadsheet and averaged 120 for the month of Aug.  I'd like Sept's average to be 119  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-smile icon-emoticon-smile "></span>

&#060;p&#062;I have not had such a good week. I haven't exercised  at all.  The two and half weeks prior, I biked or walked everyday. I also had eaten really well. But I am just wiped this week and have been &#034;sneaking&#034; chocolate baking chips !!  Don't tell anyone.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Today I want to get on a bike or go for a walk even for 10 mins.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am so impressed with your accomplishments this past week !! YAYYYYY !!!  ( you remind me, I should do some yoga...and NOT meditate on chocolate chips...LOL )&#060;/p&#062;

&#060;p&#062;I hope you don't mind that I am starting the healthy habits thread this week.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I had a good week for food this past week.  I set a target of 1200-1500 calories per day and stayed within it all but one day and was under 1600 that day.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I ran twice, golfed twice, and did yoga once.  The first golf game was 18 holes on a 34C day with little wind.  It was tough work since we don't use a driving cart.  We prefer to walk and get more exercise.  I checked the listings for calories per activity and it was around 800 calories for the 3.5 hours.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My weight is down 3.4 lbs but some of that will be fluid.  I am very happy with the result and am trying to only weigh once or twice a week.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My goal this week is to run twice, and incorporate activity into at least two more days.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;How did your week go?  Have you set any goals for this week?
