&#060;p&#062;@MaryK - this is my first followup after my initial appointment with the neurologist and my MRI. I had one scheduled for a few weeks ago, but I had to cancel because of a work conflict. I'm just hoping for good news. He gave me zomig the last time I saw him, but that didn't do anything for my migraines. I've been keeping the headache diary and I hope we can work something out!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Kristen, I'm glad you're seeing a neurologist.&#038;nbsp; That was the key to me beating my migraines!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Still hanging in with the workout routine.&#038;nbsp; This past week I did three boot camp classes and two trainer sessions. Went to my tap class but it was cancelled.&#038;nbsp; :(&#038;nbsp; Managed to eat all meals at home except for three lunches with colleagues.&#038;nbsp; I made a roast chicken for dinner at home with a friend on Monday but she ended up not being able to make it, so I ate that chicken all week long!&#038;nbsp; LOL&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Great weather contributed to getting in all the required swim, bike, run workouts that I needed to do this week, including my longest ride of the season, a 70k on Wednesday.  Today, the weather turned cold and rainy, so it was a gym day.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;This week I taper off a bit, since I've got an event (our local sprint triathlon) on Sunday.  The biggest race of my season is the weekend after!

&#060;p&#062;When I made my goals last week, I somehow managed to forget about my vacation. Oopps.  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-smile icon-emoticon-smile "></span>  So, I only made half of my workouts. This week, I'll simply try again. I also finally get to see the neurologist this week, so hopefully soon I'll have some answers and better ideas for what I can do about my headaches and migraines.&#060;/p&#062;
