&#060;p&#062;&#060;b&#062;chouette22&#060;/b&#062; yes I loved absolutely everything about Switzerland and would love to go back maybe in summer and to the mountains. Both cities were wonderful. On a fashion/style note I was blown away by the gorgeous wool and leather winter wardrobes of the women in Zurich, and in all the store windows.  Super elegant and very high quality. I live in a cold climate but people here are more casual. After that trip I started a fashion bucket list and the first item is &#034;empty bank account into a tote bag, grab friend, fly to Zurich for winter wardrobe shopping&#034;. (very high end prices as I'm sure you know)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;&#060;b&#062;kiwigal&#060;/b&#062; thans and I think you are right although it's been slow&#038;nbsp;gradual progress (and a lot of back one, forward two) &#038;nbsp;which is why I decided to declare &#034;victory&#034; on a few things :-)&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;That is so kind of you&#060;b&#062; Inge&#060;/b&#062;! Yah, its a continual challenge for me to build upper body strength and it makes such a difference in everything when I'm successful at it. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;We started visiting European Cities at Christmas a few years ago, in part to see what their different&#038;nbsp;traditions are. Three years ago it was Bern and Zurich, and last year it was Brussels plus short train hops to Bruges and Ghent... Antwerp almost but didn't make the cut. I will definitely keep you in mind next time I'm back in that area and would love to meet up! We have friends and family in the Netherlands too and that's quite close also. &#060;/p&#062;

I'm on my third UPband, they consistently last about a year...it's fun to see how&#038;nbsp;these devices keep expanding and improving and how many&#038;nbsp;people are now wearing them&#038;nbsp;as &#038;nbsp;&#034;jewelry&#034; including me. &#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have been working on getting more exercise and losing some weight for many months. (Well, actually for&#038;nbsp;several years, but never&#038;nbsp;mind..:-) ) My primary reason is to stay as healthy as possible, which takes more work as we get older,&#038;nbsp;but I do admit to having some&#038;nbsp;vanity involved in the weight loss goals.&#038;nbsp;I love to work out, am generally healthy,&#038;nbsp;have a very healthy diet, am&#038;nbsp; working with a great personal trainer, have the time to do the work, and I know what to do. For me the struggle is consistency in execution of workouts, portion control, etc which is also about accountability. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Today I reached a bunch of&#038;nbsp; small goals so I'm publicly giving myself a pat on the back an hoping I may inspire others.  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-smile icon-emoticon-smile "></span>  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I use myfitnesspal.com to track my weight and have in the past tracked eating too. &#060;b&#062;Today my weight is at the lowest it's been in a year&#060;/b&#062;, with most of the change in the past 6 months. It's a small difference in actual pounds but huge one psychologically.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I walk almost every day on a 1.2 mile loop down and back a side street next to my house. I've been working to incorporate more slow jogging into the walk. &#060;b&#062;Today for the first time I jogged the entire way&#060;/b&#062;! &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I've been working to increase the number of steps I take every day to average around 10,000, using a Jawbone UP Band for tracking. &#060;b&#062;Yesterday I hit 10,000 miles for the first time&#060;/b&#062; since I was on vacation in Brussels last Christmas where I was doing nothing BUT walking. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have been working to ramp up on strength training, with two different activities. Yoga is partly about strength training, and I also do a routine at home with stretch bands and light weights.  &#060;br /&#062;&#060;b&#062;Today I finally got back to doing my latest at-home routine&#060;/b&#062;&#060;br /&#062;My two yoga classes are on break for the summer, so I needed to find some new ones. I joined a new yoga studio, bought a 20-class pass, and &#060;b&#062;have been to 3 classes&#060;/b&#062;. So far they are a bit harder than the ones I was doing before,&#038;nbsp;which is quite a challenge, about which I am happy.&#060;/p&#062;
