It is listed as 100% poly so it's probably drapier rather than a stiff barkcloth feel. I am tempted as the reviews are good, but am also suspicious of not being able to see the waist and also those box pleats and what they might do to my hips. &nbsp;I have sworn off "fit and flare" dresses for the time being (as I think I am too short, curvy and too short waisted), but think this might be an exception as the pleats are less "gathery".&nbsp; </p>
